We opted for the smaller tent with outside bathroom as the others were not available. I’m all about nature but my boyfriend was more worried about having an outside toilet. It turned out that once we moved into an apartment for our second half of the journey in Madeira, we both missed a lot the Soul glamping vibe. The owner is a amazing and she has been so helpful since day 1 with suggestions and general support on the island. The tent really has everything you need: bed is comfortable, a tv, towels and a lovely small table to put your items. In addition to that you get an outside space to watch the sunset which is stunning and your own fridge in the kitchen area in case you need to store food. If you are really reluctant to use the outside toilet/shower (which is AMAZING!) there is a shared one which is really clean too.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this property. I would go back now if I could! (Only one thing to mention there is no hairdryer but I’m sure if you ask the owner she will support you with that)

My husband and i stayed here over Thanksgiving and we loved it. It's so quiet and pretty and Germana is such a sweet person. My favorite parts were the hot tub which we utilized every night we were there and the delicious breakfast that was dropped off to our door every morning. There's parking for soul glamping and we never had an issue with finding a space, prazeres/calheta is a bit out of the way so a car would be very useful for this area and you are quite far about an hour for the bigger hikes like pico ruvio which I would suggest basing yourself closer to funchal or maybe splitting your trip into two parts because this area is great to stay in!

No complaints we would go back and recommend others to try here as well.

stayed in the basic tent (but there was little basic about it) super comfy with stunning sunset views!!! Germania was so accommodating and even treated me to some veg and passion fruit from her mums garden. fantastic stay

nothing but you will need to car if you want to explore Madeira - plenty of parking at the property

It was a quiet place out of the way. Staff was friendly. Left you too it.

It was nothing you could do about it. But the mosquitoes. You are one with nature

The tent and dome give you great experience. Both are worth a try! The host is incredibly helpful and makes you feel very welcome.

Super nice and caring host with love for details that make the experience at Soul Glamping even more unique. The glamping tent had everything that you can wish for, the whirlpool and the view to the sea were amazing. We will come back :-)

Nothing really - just be aware that you definitely require a car as I wouldnt recommend to walk up the steep hill :-)

We had a great stay. Beautiful dome with plenty of facilities and a lovely hot tub. Owner was extremely helpful.

We had one of the domes in the back and then you don't have as nice a view.

Beautiful tents, nice relaxing whirlpool with great view over the ocean. Quiet and comfortable place to stay with comfy bed & wood stove for chilly nights. We had a very nice 7 night stay. Germana is very helpful and flexible.
