El apartamento se extiende sobre 150 metros cuadrados y está rodeado por una gran terraza de 150 metros cuadrados equipada con mesa y sillas para cenar con vistas al mar y tumbonas para relajarse y tomar el sol. Consta de una cocina totalmente equipada, con todos los electrodomésticos, sala de estar con TV, 3 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con baño adjunto y 2 baños más con ducha, así como un pequeño cuarto de servicio con lavadora.
Posible disponibilidad de habitación doble adicional a convenir.
En el puerto deportivo de Pizzo hay cafeterías, restaurantes, pizzerías y heladerías. Se puede llegar al centro histórico con tiendas a pie o con el característico apecar.

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for a month. The town of Pizzo is beautiful and the people are wonderful. The home is large and has a good size kitchen, the bathrooms are neat and clean with everything in good working order. The beds are comfortable and clean. Thankfully it has a good working lift as there is a lot of stairs otherwise, we challanged ourselves to use the stairs feom time to time. ** The star of this stay is the amazing terrace! Its massave and has amazing views of Pizzo. Cesar and his group were extremely kind, helpful and attended to any needs we had with warmth. Be sure to visit la routa and Moby Dyck for good food and conversation. Btw, we speak verry little Italian but got along just fine here😁. Thank you Cesar, it was a pleasure.

Communication was difficult because I couldn't sign into my Email and my son had to find a wifi to sign into his. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the short walk up by the castle. .We loved the terrace even though the weather was cool.

The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. The terrace was amazing. Fantastic view, very large with shade anytime of the day. Highly recommend if looking for a relaxing stay by the beach. Be sure to visit George at Nostronos just in front of the apartment. Great food and very friendly.

What a lovely place and apartment! Everything was as shown. The star of the place is the terrace and view of the ocean. Cesare was very responsive and gracious. Really good!

Super-Penthouse
Geniale Unterkunft, super gelegen und auch hochwertig eingerichtet. Hier findet man wirklich alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt.
Die Terrasse ist nicht nur riesig, sondern bietet wirklich einen einmaligen Ausblick auf Hafen und Burg. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, ist selber schuld!!!
Die Vermieter sind mehr als sympathisch und auch der Kontakt via WhatsApp vollkommen unproblematisch.
Das einzige was man wissen sollte: Zu der Wohnung gehört keinerlei Parkplatz, die Stellflächen sind nur für Anwohner ausgewiesen und zu diesen gehört man als Tourist nicht. Das ganze wird auch rigoros kontrolliert....wir mussten diese Erfahrung leider selber machen. Es bleibt also nur der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz in Sichtweite oder eben die Suche in der näheren Umgebung.
Trotzdem kann man diese Unterkunft nur vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisk lägenhet med toppenläge i charmiga Pizzo
En mycket fräsch och välskött lägenhet på översta våningen i ett hus mitt i Pizzo marina med flera restauranger och glassbarer i närheten. Fantastisk panoramautsikt över hela Pizzo från den stora terrassen. Alla bekvämligheter finns. Här saknade vi inget! Aircondition hade varit skönt ett par nätter men var annars inte nödvändigt pga det höga läget och möjlighet att vädra igenom lägenheten. Lägenhetsägarna Cesare och Veronica var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!!
