the property was very spacious, very clean and in a cracking area of the town

The location was great, and we really appreciated staying in a home vs. a room. Neighbors were friendly.

We had communication difficulties with our host, and it took several hours to get access to the property. Once we were connected, things were fine.

First of all the property was very clean tea coffee sugar and bread were left very nice we went to the house about 1pm Saturday afternoon I have to say it was freezing cold there was 1 small heater in living room not much heat at all there was an open fire with coal left. But what would really help is a informed sheet as to how and where to turn on heat and Wi-Fi code I sent a question to owner to ask all this he did not get back to Sunday morning when we were leaving we did find the heat control but there was not much heat out radiators at all for this time of year the on Sunday morning the heat come on must been on a timer the heat was great I must say not like when we put it on Saturday much more heat Sunday morning it was lovely we never got Wi-Fi code until Sunday when we were leaving owner said it was on hall mirror but it definitely was not we looked every where there was 8 family there so we wouldn’t of missed it I would stay again if heat was promised most times I ask a question owner got back within hours from Saturday to Sunday morning was the longest time I no people are busy but when your cold and no Wi-Fi you need that question answered promptly it’s a lovely big house and I’m sure in summer heat wouldn’t be an issue .

Location was prefect and host so nice, gave great info on local area and what restaurant to book, even left us food. This is exceptional house, beds, toilets and V comfortable couches. We really enjoyed our stay in Derry, it’s such a nice city, would high recommend this house and derry
