This villa is more than functional and tastefully decorated. The view of the lake from the house and the great garden is magnificent and Favio is an exceptional host. We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Great house and a very comfortable stay with fast Internet. The views to the lake are absolutely stunning. House was very clean and all kitchen basics provided as well as oil, salt, sugar, etc. There are some toys that my 2 yr old loved playing with outside and a trampoline, providing him entertainment and giving us some quiet time. The accommodation MAY be tricky to find due to some narrow roads but personally, after researching on Google maps, we had no troubles finding the house. Favio is very friendly, helpful and kind. Firstly may I say what an absolute gentleman Favio is. I booked the property a couple of years ago, to visit the Moto Guzzi 100 year anniversary with friends and family. Obviously with the Covid issues, it was delayed. Favio kept in constant communication, reassuring me all was well. On arriving at the villa in September 2022, we found a beautiful property, with views of the lake and the mountains to the rear. Favio met us, and showed us around the villa. Absolutely amazing. The villa was spotless, and the facilities were excellent. (I think it must have the best view from the loo that i have ever seen 😊) I must admit, we did find it a little difficult to locate when travelling back and forth on the motorcycles, but we finally got it😁. My family flew in a couple of days later, and were truly impressed with the property. The morning after we arrived, we found a large basket of grapes left on the table outside, and when my family arrived, we found that a basket of pastries had been left for us. It is little things like this that really make an impression. The walk down to the train station is a little bit of a hike, and taxis are scarce, so transport may be advisable..., we used the motorcycles to shuttle the family back from the station when we returned from the Moto Guzzi rally. Did I mention the garage..huge, and very secure. Happy to leave our bikes in there. All in all a superb property and a fantastic host. Not overbearing, but was there when you needed him. No complaints whatsoever. (A word of advice though.. When the weather is a little damp, as with everywhere, it does seem to bring the midges out, so don't forget your Autan midge repellent😊) Many thanks for our fantastic visit Favio. Saluti 👍😎

Ein Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Obiekt. Favio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Eine wunderbare Lage des Obiekts in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Nur zu Empfehlen. Von Favio hab ich auch noch zum Geburtstag ein Präsent bekommen. " Danke Favio" 100 von 100 Punkten.

Dieses schöne Ferienhaus liegt im ruhigen Ort Lierna. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist einfach toll!! Der Gastgeber ist fürsorglich und sorgt immer mal wieder für eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Der Standort ist gut für Ausflüge nach Mailand und co. Wir haben das nicht gebraucht, da wir die Ruhe dieses beschaulichen Ortes genossen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir hatten eine ganz und gar wunderbare Woche. Unschlagbar: Ein abendlicher Aperol Spritz auf der Terrasse mit DIESEM Ausblick und einem Sonnenuntergang um 20.30 Uhr! Favio ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und diskreter Gastgeber, leckere Dolci inclusive. Erwähnenswert, dass man vom Haus aus schön wandern kann und an den Strand zu Fuß gelangt. Wir freuen uns schon auf 2023, denn da werden wir wieder an unserem Lieblingsplatz auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus sitzen und genießen :).

Das Haus liegt etwas höher das der See, somit hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Dörfer und Berge. Selbst aus dem Schlafzimmer beim Aufwachen. Der Herd und die Spülmaschine scheinen ein gewisses Eigenleben zu führen, was aber verschmerzbar ist. Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Fabio ist hervorzuheben. Einige Male hat er uns mit Kirschen oder auch etwas Süßem überrascht. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür. Das Haus ist ohne Ortskenntnisse beim ersten Mal etwas schwer zu finden. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder.
