The location was excellent. It was peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. The suites were super comfy and spotless and so many little extras made for a very special stay. The breakfast was delicious!

Everything! Diane's attention to detail and Rob's breakfasts. The place is simply stunning! Diane and Rob are great hosts, caring and concerned and just lovely. Even before we arrived (and even after we left), they took care of all our needs and made sure we were okay every step of the way. I will definitely go back there!

My husband, daughter and I had the most wonderful stay at One on Bollard. Rob and Diane were the most incredible hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They could not have done more for us and we felt like we were staying with family. We felt incredibly spoilt with the delicious breakfasts every day, the help with itinerary planning and even making restaurant bookings for us. They were both so amazing with our 3 year old daughter and she said it was her favourite place on our family adventure around Cape Town and the Garden Route. High praise indeed. The room was excellent, super clean and comfortable and perfect for us. The little touches including a bucket and spade and rubber ducks for our daughter and cool bag and parasol were very thoughtful. Do not hesitate to book you will not be disappointed. Thanks so so much Rob and Diane for the beautiful memories, we lived every minute and we are all missing South Africa.

The hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and my wife and daughter had a great stay at the property. We accidently left some clothes at the property and Rob and Dianna went out of their way to send these via courier to our next accomodation which was much apprecaited. Of all the properties we stayed in our 2 week SA holiday this was without doubt the best place.

one of our best B&B Experiences ever, lovely house and rooms with all the comfort, excellent breakfast, we loved Leisure Island and the little trip with the Canoe and the hosts were the most lovely and caring people - they did everything to make our stay lovely and enjoyable. highly recommended 😉

Everything was amazing and perfect for our little family (traveling with a toddler) - Our son loved it and had a blast, we loved the 15 min walk to a good kid friendly restaurant the 30 second walk to the beach, the direct access through the garden, the private outdoor area with no pool for toddler safety and other guests quiet, but also enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was the highlight of the day for everybody. Everyone is great we will be back in 2 years!

Rob and Diane are the most fabulous hosts we ever experienced on our travels (and we travel for many years now) .They make your stay feel like a family visit and the place - that has little to nothing to be improved- like a second home.

Nothing to dislike.

Warm hospitality, awesome location and nothing was too much effort for the hosts to make our stay pleasant.

Definitely come back again.  Can't say much more that needs to improve, is what we expect and more. Can't wait to come back again next year for some gold day.

We stayed three days for our honeymoon. It was amazing! We were welcomed with gin & tonics. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Everyday was a new special. Diane and Rob was delightful. We felt at home. They recommended restaurants and activities- each recommendation was an experience we will never forget. As a parting gift , we received a bottle of gin. Thank you for the best three days. We will see you soon.

We loved everything at One on Bollard! Diane and Rob are such lovely and thoughtful hosts and will immediately make you feel at home during your stay. Every room is decorated individually with lots of attention to detail and the homemade breakfast was just so special and delicious! The guest house is situated perfectly on Leisure Island just a few metres from the beautiful beach and only a few minutes from Knysna centre. Diane and Rob also gave us lots of advice on activities and helped us making them happen. We would love to come back one day!

Diane and Rob are the most heart-warming people. It is the best accommodation I ever had on my travels. People, Location, Room, Breakfast…all incredible. One day…we will hopefully be back.
