The ocean views and the fact that it is actually 2 feet away from the port, which it is very convinient if you plan to take the ferry to Corfú.

Good location next to the ferry port, but not noisy. Great view over the bay. Professional and pleasant staff. Clean and fresh room, towels changed daily and bed linen changed every 2 days. Good sized bathroom with good and modern shower. Plenty of storage space. Plenty of bars and restaurants within very easy walking distance. Nice pool area, with towels available on request.

Sunbeds didn't have any mattresses. Breakfast could be improved with more variety but most people only staying for a couple of days, for longer stays it was a bit monotonous, but it was tasty.

The pool area could be much improved. For starters, more comfortable chaise lounges and a bar to serve drinks by the pool would greatly improve the experience. Wi-Fi quality was also really poor. Getting a specialised firm to set up the wifi network properly would be a one time payment with benefits for years (hint for the hotel manager: the setup with different networks for each floor / location is far from ideal, whoever set up the network is not a good specialist) The rooms with a larger terrace are nice, however we've had a bad experience with neighbours looking at us through the windows. I think a glass separation like there is at the second level would much improve the privacy in those rooms

Loved the room (room 116) on the ground floor with a massive balcony with seaview. The swimming pool was good. Location was good and there is so much potential for this hotel if managed correctly.

The socket in the bathroom was loose. Shower position was not great so water would go through the door to the main room. The fan in the bathroom is very loud. No information about local area available at the hotel. My partner asked for room decoration for my birthday, which could not be delivered. Responses to emails were so slow and staff did not look busy at all that they could not respond to emails promptly.

This hotel is located right beside the port of Saranda, making it ideal for guests arriving by boat. The interior is very modern and bright. The room was fabulous, with an extremely comfy bed and a spectacular balcony with an amazing view of the bay, which was so beautiful at both day and nighttime. The shower was excellent as was the air conditioning, and the free cold water in the fridge upon arrival was a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily and staff were helpful. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choices which also changed daily. You can also sit outside on a balcony overlooking the bay to eat which is very nice. The pool area is well equipped with comfortable sun loungers which again offer a view of the bay.

Although a breakfast was provided it appeared a bit disorganised/a bit of a free for all. no hot water for making tea.

When we booked the room it was just saying with balcony, but when we arrived, it was on the first floor, street view, in front of the taxi / bus stop and full of noise. We couldn’t leave the curtains open because everyone could see inside. Practically there was not much privacy and quietness. Also the water tap was running not normally. In the shower there was no pressure and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold. The staff told us this is how it runs everywhere. Awful experience.

Location - excellent, right next to the harbour but this doesn’t make it noisy or take away from the view, if anything you can see the super yachts come in! It’s walking distance to the main promenade to the east and beaches /some tucked away restaurants to the west Breakfast - read some reviews critiquing this. Yes it is roughly the same everyday but most people eat the same thing for breakfast everyday or as its a buffet, go wild! All freshly prepared, some hot things with the usual cereals, toasts, fruit and veg, very tasty.

I had booked 2 twin rooms through booking.com but when we arrived they gave us 1 twin and 1 double. They said they weren’t told by the website, but even if this is true why didn’t they just email me to check? They didn’t have another twin immediately available so two of us had to share for a couple of nights which was not ideal. I had also messaged them through the website and they never got back to my second message

It was exactly as good as the pictures ! it was lovely and welcoming, perfect for arrival from corfu. beautiful views and great pool . breakfast was also excellent.

could hear the Ferris wheel and funfare noises from nearby, at night. however they did stop at some point!
