The patio and garden are wonderful. The beach and sea are Very close. Very close is the bus stop and by the bus you are in 15 min (and for 1,3 eur) in poetto beach,which is breathtaking!
On the beach isn't any background- any shower, restaurant, bistro, sunbed rental,etc. At the entrance to the sea there was sea grass and rocks,so not so good for children.

Very clean apartament and good smell.In the kitchen you have everything you need, bedroom very confortable and a nice design in the living room.It is also washing machine outside.Just good to stay for more days.
No AC in the bedroom and the bathroom a little bit small for a tall person.

The sea was calm and beautiful, the house was cool and pleasant. The garden was huge. The host was friendly and helpful.
We stayed at home for a short time. It was a little far from the center, we had a little difficulty without a car.

Good location, close to the beach, restaurant and supermarket. Kitchen well equipped with coffee and tea available.
The apartment was a bit dark as not enough sunlight can come through windows due to arcades.
