Really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Lights. Amazing location overlooking the beach and harbour.
Our favourite thing was to take the short walk down to the beach, swim in the sea and then back to the hot tub... magical!
Also enjoyed the short stroll into Charlestown to the Pier House and many restaurants around the harbour (Charlestown Fish, Dough Buoys, HBQ are all good).
Then there is the Coastal Path which goes from outside the property. Going east up the hill is a great walk, but going west over to Duporth Beach was our favourite!

Amazing property and views. Lucky with weather too. Only comment is that though it is listed as two bedrooms, second bedroom not suitable for two adults.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The house is very well appointed with everything you need and very luxurious. We visited in January and were very lucky with the weather, but it would have been fine otherwise with the hot tub and log fire. Brilliant location - Charlestown is so peaceful and beautiful but very close to pubs, restaurants and shops and the bigger supermarkets in St Austel if you need them. Hope to be back.

Gorgeous little house in a fabulous position!
We booked this house for our family of 4 (and 2 small dogs) knowing that it was on the smaller side, but it looked too nice to miss out on, and I'm so glad we did!
The house itself is small/compact but it is perfectly formed, with great attention to detail. The location is perfect, and the views are to die for! The garden is gorgeous and was perfect for our dogs, and the hot tub went down a storm with our daughters. It was a very relaxing place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

Harbour Lights is a cosy and comfortable retreat with the added bonus of a hot tub and stunning views of the sea. The accommodation is perfect for 2 and located at the start of the coastal path. The harbour at Charlestown is picturesque and there are lovely places to enjoy a meal or coffee. Booking was really easy and we felt very at home during our stay and appreciated the welcome treats. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Harbour Lights was the perfect place for us to spend our mini moon and chill out and recharge after our wedding on 29th December.
5 star accommodation, great location over looking the sea, everything we could've wished for and more.
From seeing the sunrise and sunsets over the sea, to stargazing in the hot tub drinking champagne on a cold January evening, watching cormorants and gannets diving for fish and even the odd seal, and the little touches of scones, cakes, jam and clotted cream to welcome us.
Charlestown is a lovely place to unwind with a great selection of place to eat out. We chose the Pier House Hotel and The Boat House, lovely food in both.
Finally I would like to thank Charlotte for organising the surprise champagne, flowers and chocolates for Julia, they were very much appreciated and enjoyed.
We will come back and stay again and relive a special time for us.

The property was even better than the online description. It is in a perfect location and Charlestown has a good selection of restaurants and pubs/bars for such a small place.

Insanely Beautiful
Charlotte’s property is one not to be missed! Waking up each morning with the sun glistening down over the sea, hearing the waves crashing against the shore was incredible! A much needed break from real life. We stayed with our children (age 4 and 7) and found the property plenty big enough. Charlestown is gorgeous and Harbour Lights has everything on it’s doorstep.
Thanks for having us Charlotte! We’ll be back again! :-)

Stunning Property in a unique and beautiful location
We had two nights at Harbour Lights and it was a pleasure from start to finish. The location is stunning with beautiful sea views, you can lay in bed or in the bath and hear the serene sound of waves crashing. The facilities are perfect with a BBQ there for your use, full sky package, and speaker system throughout the whole house, so you can listen to music whilst soaking in the hot tub.
Charlestown is a perfect little village to explore, I would recommend Springtide, the new seafood restaurant which has just opened.
We had a brilliant stay and the perfect setting for a birthday celebration.

Fabulous!
We were lucky enough to spend two weeks at beautiful Harbour Lights. It has the best location in Charlestown with views of the harbour and out to sea.
It is stylish and cosy with all you need and more for a great holiday.
The beach is moments away and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk.
We will be back.

We only had one night at Harbour Lights but it was spectacular. Lovely touches on arrival, we got straight into the scones and the champagne not long after! Dinner then a stroll to the pub, and back to enjoy the hot tub with clear skies and shooting stars. We hopped into the bubble bath before finally curling up in front of the fire and a film - fair to say we made the most of it! Incredibly comfy bed too and very wide - I almost got lost trying to get out

Just perfect
From start to finish our stay was just perfect. The communication from Charlotte was great and very helpful, and check in was very easy with the housekeeper even putting our champagne in the fridge early for us!
The house is incredible, and the views are amazing. The house has everything you need and the little touches like the scones and doggy bag were lovely. The location is also perfect, close to all the little bars and and restaurants in Charlestown.
Thank you for a lovely stay, we will 100% be back!!

Perfect Birthday Break
We had a great (extended!) stay at Harbour Lights in Charlestown. The property was great, but the views...they were just amazing! All sorts of little things considered and provided for by the owners, really appreciated! The weather was hit and miss (England in March) but it didn’t dampen our spirits. Would highly recommend the Long Store Restaurant for both Saturday Brunch and Sunday Lunch (good quality food). Also really enjoyed popping into the (small) Charlie’s Coffee House. All in all, would definitely return. Thank you Charlotte!
