Ntabiso was very hospitable to my young man who was in Bulawayo for business. He enjoyed his stay and environment was good for his studies as he was writing exams at the time. He was also very accommodating as we were not sure about payment arrangements, so he allowed him to stay first night until we could organise payment the next day.

Room service, WiFi, Hot Shower and Hosts all was excellent!!

Parrot lodge was amazing! Rooms are spacious and they were sparky clean. Siziba is an excellent host!. He showed us our rooms and gave us complimentary coffee right away. Our kids were very happy with the Wifi. The two female hosts who attended us in the morning were excellent as well. I recommend Parrot Lodge a 100%.

The staff alertness and obvious bias towards serving the guest was outstanding. Ntabiso, the manager, is available when needed and decisions are made timeously.

In winter surely a heater is needed. The fan heater in the room was no use at all

The member of staff Ntabiso Siziba was very professional. I made the booking on behalf of my in laws, and he hosted them like his own parents updating me when they checked in and they were so happy during their stay.

I was in transit through Bulawayo (NB This option is not given above as a reason for travel) and picked Parrot Lodge at random. It's a delightful place, quirky, clean with very friendly and helpful staff and good food..

There was a barking dog nearby that kept me awake, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
