We loved the comfy furnishings in this condo. The host was very communicative. We really loved the patio and watched all sorts of wildlife in the pond to include an aningha and an otter! We loved how easy it was to get to the market. We also appreciated the coffee and creamer in the condo as we got in super late the first night. We restocked to pay it forward. My only concern was not being able to use the garage for our rental car. I kept worrying about theft or storm damage.

Karen’s place is beautiful and so wonderful! We loved everything about it and had a fabulous week! Karen was quick to respond and communicate with questions. We will stay again. Our favorite spot was the lanai, we started the day there with coffee and ended the day there as well. It felt like gone was very well furnished!

I recommend anyone who love peace and quieted this is the place to be very nice, lots of space. I cant wait to go back. I love the place.

Centrally located and very comfortable.

Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Condo was very clean and had everything we could have needed. Close proximity to several beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc... Definitely plan on re-visiting. Everyone had a great time!

Karen, our host was very helpful with rectifying the confusion with our booking. Spacious for our family of four. We all enjoyed this nicely decorated condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We had the pool to ourselves. From our no contact check in to check out...overall great!

The condo itself was awesome! It was clean and very comfortable. Karen has made sure to provide nice furnishings, bed linens and towels. I loved the addition of ceiling fans in every room. Also loved the screened in porch. The only negatives were the location of the condo. The complex was nice, but it’s just off a very busy road.

The condo was perfect from the cleanliness to the location! You will not regret staying here. We didn’t have any reason to deal with the landlord as everything was self explanatory in the check in process email.

This property is as advertised with everything you need for a relaxing time. We spent time at the beach and it had toys and coolers for us to use. Located close to the coast and not far from a myriad of beaches.

We stayed for a month, had some minor issues upon arrival. We were impressed on how easy and fast the owner was to respond. The property is in a great location. The only issue is the traffic on the busy road, that being said...we plan on returning. We loved the lanai, the comfort of the kitchen and living space. You can literally walk to the grocery store and bike to Siesta Key beach.

We arrived in Florida with out any issues, the apartment is very nice and not to far from the Siesta Key Beach 🏖 10 min by car, everything was exellent, Karen was awesome with everithing, we would like to return in the future. Thank you

We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the birds and turtles in the pond while we ate breakfast. Karen was very nice and prompt in answering any of our questions. We had a lot of fun in Siesta Keys Village. The food was great and so was the entertainment. One of the singers had us all singing along with some of the greatest hit songs of yesterday. The Siesta Keys Beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen with it’s quartz sand. One of the nicest vacations I’ve been on and can’t wait to return. Thanks so much Karen!!

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at this property. The accommodations were lovely...clean, well equipped, and spacious. It has a large pond in front which makes watching wildlife a bonus. We enjoyed using the pool in spite of it not being heated. On the cooler days we would sit and just read in the sun there. It's just minutes to the beach and a short walk to a local grocery store and an ice cream/sandwich shop. Our only issue was the traffic on Clark Road making it a bit of a challenge to turn left. We did get better and more confident with that over time. Karen was quick to respond to any question or concern we had.

It’s a very cute place nicely decorated and perfect location to attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking a small pond.

This was our first time in Sarasota and we had a great time. This condo was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed and it’s location to Siesta Key will have us returning again👍 The owner is great and helpful with anything we needed.
