Este es un hermoso y moderno complejo de baja densidad con un lugar de estacionamiento asignado debajo del edificio. La cocina está totalmente equipada y ofrece hermosas encimeras de granito y elegantes electrodomésticos blancos. We were arriving late the first night. David said that he would leave some lights on for us. We entered the condo and immediately realized how clean it was. Lights were on so we could see.
There were more towels, blankets, and pillows than expected which really pleased my wife. Quality kitchen utensils and kitchen equipment was stocked better than most STR condos. We were both very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit.
Seacrest 901 has an amazing view (North to Little Lagoon and South to the Gulf) and is in a great location for peace and quiet. Its close to everything and still feels private due to its location. Would absolutely recommend people staying there.

5+ stars. The condo is tastefully furnished and decorated as if it is the owners home. The attention to detail is amazing. Everything is top of the line down to the dishes in the cabinets. As someone who appreciates my surroundings, I enjoyed being in this lovely condo with its pleasing colors, comfortable bedding, artwork and accessories. It is located on the top floor (9th) in a corner unit with 2 balconies and unobstructed views of the beach.
The Seacrest building is being renovated which is needed. The building is small compared to many so parking and elevator use is easy. The building is right on the beach and access to the beach is so easy.
And if needed the owners are available.

Unit was beautifully decorated, very clean, excellent location with beautiful views. Perfect place to rest relax and enjoy time away. Assigned parking was a plus. Enjoyed watching Dolphins from our view from the balcony. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful to watch. We have stayed in several places in Gulf Shores and this is by far one of our favorites. Hope to stay again soon. Thanks for allowing us this opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very easy to book our stay and the communication was great. Everything inside was clean and all was well stocked. The decor was beautiful and as portrayed on the website. . We will definitely be back.

This condo is beautiful! We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. Also the view of each deck was lovely!
The pool is very small & because of the dunes toward the ocean - you could neither see the ocean nor feel it’s lovely breeze when at the pool.
Unfortunately, on the 4th day of our stay, some VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION started happening. We were not informed of this prior to our stay & wouldn’t have stayed at this condo if we had known.
When we reached out to the owner- whose email stated they wanted to know immediately if ANYTHING would be keeping them from getting a 5-star review - their response was “it’s only Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.” Wow! 8-5 - that’s all?!? That’s a lot of time!
One day, the hammering got so loud that we just had to leave the condo for our own piece of mind. That’s in no way a peaceful experience! We won’t be returning.
If you don’t mind construction noise & a small pool - it’s a beautiful place.

This was by far my favorite Gulf Shores condo. Convenient (drive) to groceries and restaurants. Parking was covered, secured. Easy entrance to elevators. Short to walk to private beach. Nice pool. Inside of condo was spectacular. Kitchenwares suited for any need. Amenities throughout and thoughtfully placed. Not crowded. 2 nice, working elevators (large), ample, community luggage carts. Highly recommend.

This was a nice place to stay. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. Views were great. We also enjoyed being able to park in the owners area in the parking garage.

All the years we've been coming to GS I finally landed on a room that has everything I wanted. Ocean front - corner unit - high quality outdoor furniture so you can see above the railings. A second balcony overlooking the bay was magical. The sunsets were mesmerizing. ZERO wait on the elevators - garbage shoot right outside the door. Decor was professionally done and very nice. Large TV's with lots of channels - no nexflix or other streaming was needed. And, one of my MUST haves - is a shower door - I don't like shower curtains. The master shower was large and roomy. The lighting in the condo was great you could adjust the dimmers in most locations. Reserved parking garage parking space was nice as well. We were so very pleased and can't wait to come back. Don't hesitate to stay here.

We loved our stay here. The condo was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Great communication before, during and after our stay with the owners. Wonderful location - still close to everything but alittle further away from the public beach so quieter and more family oriented vs party area - which is exactly what we were looking for. Although may sound like a minor thing - this building has great elevators. Very fast and clean. We've stayed in places where you wait forever and the elevators are super slow. With a ninth floor unit - we appreciated the easy up and down. Thank you for sharing this great place with us.

The beds were extremely comfortable. It was exactly as advertised. The view from the Gulf balcony was amazing and we enjoyed having a view of the back bay from the master suite.

The nicest decorated condo we have ever stayed in. Well equipped. Great parking, easy access. Furniture on balcony were very high-end, comfortable and provided great comfort with an amazing view!

From the moment we opened the front door, we knew we would love staying in this condo! Filled with light and bright beach decor throughout, it made me happy to be in the space. We also couldn't believe how large the unit was. On one end is the master bedroom with a balcony with a beautiful
view looking at the lagoon. On the other end of the unit is the living room with another balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean with white sandy beaches. Each balcony had bar height polywood Adirondack chairs, a first class touch to enjoy paradise from. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Beds comfy. Loved being right on the beach. We had a covered parking spot on first floor under the building. Straight down elevator to car and then past it onto that beautiful beach. We brought our own chairs for the beach and used them the first day, but for the next three days we rented the blue beach chairs and umbrella that were put out daily. They were so comfortable and trouble free and helped make such a restful vacation! We highly recommend this condo! Beautifully decorated and so clean! We will definitely return.

The condo is just as pictured. The parking place is a GREAT bonus at this condo! It was a great place to relax and enjoy our week before returning home to get in our teacher brains.

This condo is perfectly decorated, and all the fine touches are there. Everything was spotless. Even the balconies were spotless. It was hard to leave. The only thing it was missing was ocean front balcony access from the master BR. However, it did have a balcony that overlooked the front parking and street. The second BR was a tight squeeze if you are using it. I liked that luggage racks were provided! The mattress in the master could be better, but it was a beautiful room with a fantastic walk in shower that was huge. This is a great property, and the owners were extremely good to work with on our check in. I would love to come back.

The Best Solitude Retreat Ever!
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the managers. The Carmichaels have truly thought of everything to make their guest(s) feel welcomed and cared about. From the ease of communication pre-stay, to the welcome feeling as you entered the condo (warm lighting throughout and even music playing on the TV), to the labeling of TV remotes (leaving no question which of the three does what function), to the comfort of the furniture complete with pillows and throws to cuddle with, to plentiful and high quality linens in both bed and bath. The corner balconies with their top of the line furnishings were my mainstays. The breezes were constant so even on very hot days with high temps, I never broke a sweat due to the shade and unimpeded airflow on the balconies. On my last morning, there was a tremendous thunderstorm that took out the power to the elevators. I was in a mild panic when I contacted David and he was more than kind to tell me to go back to the condo, relax, and he would call management about the elevators and if they could not get them fixed in time, he would be there to take my items (down the 9 floors) to my car! Unfortunately, that's what had to happen, but with him and his wonderful cleaning partner and me we only had to make one trip and that was down the stairs instead of me having to make several down AND up! Whew! Bottom line is, you will not find a more comfortable, beautifully decorated, upscale unit with owners who make you feel so welcome and cared for while you are in their space! Fabulous experience and I hope to be able to return in the future!
