Fabulous location on the edge of the Old Town, ten minutes to train/bus station, five minutes to barbican and two minutes to the main square. I use the website frequently and can honestly say that the hosts responded so promptly, both before and during our stay. Helpful for planning and reassuring when you're there with not having access to a hotel reception Well equipped with fridge, hob and microwave, coffee machine etc Comfy double bed and sofa bed. Great value for money

Unsure at time of booking which apartment we were to be allocated to, and therefore unable to check the facilities on the website. Allocated apartment no. 16 on top floor Some of the fixtures were well used, kitchen worktop/flooring. Bring eye mask/ear plugs as top floor apartment and very bright light through velux

No breakfast, it is self catering. We used a recommended place for breakfast a couple of times that gave a 20% discount which was good. We loved the location, very central, very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was not top notch but was adequate and reasonably well equipped and clean but it is a bit old. Could have done with an extra couple of pillows!

For 2 nights, Thursday & Friday there is a nightclub next door and the beat of music could be heard up until about 4am! Also, on Friday night/early hours of Saturday morning there was a fairly strong smell of cannabis in our room, not great! Blinds and curtains on windows were old and tatty.

Great location and close to shops and restaurants.

The only problem we had that there was no dishwasher soap

The room was exactly as photographed. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean.

Although the written description in Booking.com said that the establishment had WhatsApp they did not. They were told we would be in travel status and would be unable to communicate with them after September 1st. Yet they sent instructions through Booking.com on how to get in on Sept. 11. The instructions involved a keycode for the main door, then a climb up 27 stairs, then another key code to open a lockbox with the unit's key. We were fortunate to be able to contact someone back home who was able to help us or else there would have been no way to contact this property or for us to get in. The unit had a washer but no dryer although they did have a small drying rack. There was no toilet paper. Fortunately the rest of the party were able to supply the room as there was no way to communicate with the management. The door to this apartment was obscure glass which isn't exactly obscure when the apartment was lit from within. The boards of the passageway to this apartment were uneven.
