Place was awesome! It’s in a great, safe neighbourhood. Codes to get in and out so no hassle with exchanging keys. There is a grocery only 2 blocks away and an awesome Mediterranean restaurant across the street. Also walking distance to Cafe Beignet. Bed was super comfy and place was clean. For a bonus there’s a rooftop lounging area. Will definitely be back!

What a GREAT PLACE!!!!! The pictures don’t do it justice with how beautiful this loft truly is. From the lobby entrance that’s decorated with retro electrical panels to Mardi- Gras beads; truly one of a kind. The location couldn’t be better. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We highly recommend parking in the near by garage and paying the daily fee. Only a few blocks off Canal St. but far enough away to be quiet. The street cars were barely noticeable during the day, after 8AM ish, and we never heard one at night but we were out until 10 or so every night. Loft was near perfect as it had everything we needed but is a loft so be prepared. Gabe and Ms. Judy have done a fabulous job of making sure you truly feel at home. The loft is very spacious, clean and organized with things you didn’t even know you needed. Ms. Judy was extremely accessible and quick to answer any questions we had and always super friendly. 10/10 would stay there again and suggest you do as well…. The Mediterranean restaurant across the street is phenomenal, highly recommended.

Be aware this is right on the streetcar line and only third floor so every time it goes by - all night long - you will hear them. We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and there was a lot of noise on the street - had a car honking one night, some street racing, and the occasional sire. There was also a smell of weed in the hallways and elevator. Location is convenient to everything as per listing.

Be aware this is right on the streetcar line and only third floor so every time it goes by - all night long - you will hear them. We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and there was a lot of noise on the street - had a car honking one night, some street racing, and the occasional sire. There was also a smell of weed in the hallways and elevator. Location is convenient to everything as per listing.

This loft apartment is a great home base for exploring the city. The host is responsive and generous, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the location is perfect. A few things to note - it is not a one-bedroom place but indeed a loft. There are privacy screens around the "bedroom" but they're open at the top. This worked fine for us but worth noting for those that might need more privacy. It is right on a streetcar line, but they're doing construction on the line until March 2022. Buses run by so that's no problem, but if you like to sleep in past 7am and don't typically use earplugs than you might want to bring some with you. There is A LOT of construction noise and it's pretty much right outside your window. All of that said, we did have a great stay in NOLA and appreciated the hospitality, home away from home, and location!

The trolley wasn't real noticeable. The exercise room was nice but the jacuzzi didn't work and we weren't able to get it repaired. The "patio" on the top was great to enjoy the warmer evenings. Minor problem with a partially clogged tub drain. Overall we would go back to get to some of the other areas.

Great location!
Loved our stay! This is in a great location - walkable to all the tourist attractions in New Orleans. I was with a friend who had never been to New Orleans and she absolutely loved the history book on the coffee table that gave her some background info about the town and places we saw :-)
The bed is comfy and the building is very quiet all of the time (aside from the streetcar going past). It was easy to come back and nap in the afternoon to recharge for an evening in the quarter.

Weekend getaway in NOLA.
Had a wonderful time in the property. It was clean and the check in/out process went smooth. Christie was easily accessible with the few questions we had. Definitely recommend this property.

Nice Accommodation Near New Orleans Attractions
I stayed here while attending a conference at the New Orleans Marriott. It was a nice walk there and back each day. I stayed on 3 more nights to enjoy the city for sight-seeing. The rental was well appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing and productive stay. Christie was very easy to work with, supportive, and communicated effectively both pre arrival and during my stay. I highly recommend this rental.

The property was very clean and modern. We had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable.
Overall it was a great location and property. The cable cars were a bit noisy during the day but we weren't there much. At night they did not run much. The location was close to everything and the cable cars made it easy to get to WWII museum. We enjoyed it very much.

My favourite spot
My partner and I had no idea what to expect when booking a week in New Orleans but our decision to stay at Union Lofts was perfect for assuring our week was the best. What a unique place. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character. And what a location! The variety of restaurants , bars and music spots along Canal Street and in the French Quarter were so close that we could walk and explore at our leisure both day and night. When we wanted to venture further we could hop on the street car just outside the building. City Park was one of our favourite stops but a ride along St. Charles Street was up there too.
There is so much to see in New Orleans and if we return, we would no doubt choose to stay at Union Lofts again. Thank you Christie for being so helful in your ideas and information.

A Streetcar Named Satisfaction
The apartment is well appointed with modern and functioning appliances, and plenty of storage space. The large bed is very comfortable and the shower works well. The location is safe and within easy reach of the Quarter and of a terrific Rouse’s supermarket, but it’s a bit of a hike to Frenchmen and you might prefer to take a taxi. The St Charles streetcar goes past the front door, but we quickly became accustomed to its rumbling. The owner is readily accessible by email or phone.

Time to explore
This was our 5th visit to NOLA. Generally we stay in the Qtr. and walk or take the trolley to the Garden Dist. etc. However, Union Lofts was the perfect location for the Blues fest at Lafayette Square and gave us the chance to explore the many restaurants on the "other side" of Canal. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas, but the condo itself was very well maintained and a nice home away from home. Missing the "trolley sounds" already.

Gorgeous Condo!
I've stayed in a lot of rental properties in the past but this is definitely one of my favorites! We absolutely loved our stay at Union Lofts. The pictures really doesn't do any justice for how beautiful, clean, and organized it was. The unit was fully stocked with everything you could imagine (even had bottled water in the fridge) and there was a book with a lot of helpful information if you aren't familiar with the area. The location was EVERYTHING. We were in walking distance to the French Quarter, Bourbon, shopping, and some great restaurants. The street car runs directly in front of the loft and we used that when we wanted to travel further than we wanted to walk (Harrah's, Riverboat, Outlet Mall). We rarely moved the car! There are several parking garages very close by or you can use the street parking, which is what we did. Christie gave wonderful recommendations, was very accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. I would, no doubt, stay in this unit when I visit NOLA again!

We were able to walk everywhere and felt perfectly safe at all times. The owner was extremely helpful and provided suggestions as this was our first trip to the city. The unit was also well stocked with everything you would need: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, etc. The rooftop grill and hot tub was also a favorite after a long day out on the town! I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!!! I hope it's available for our next trip back!

Really enjoyed our time in New Orleans. Very convenient location. Owners were so easy to work with - what true southern charm. Was worried originally about parking but was not an issue at all. Steps away was the trolley that we took down St.Charles for a ride to see the sights. Can't wait to come back.

We really loved the condo we stayed in and the owner was wonderful and gracious. There was definitely an ecclectic mix of people staying in the building which made for an interesting experience. However, I would stay again for sure.
