Gianni, meet us at the property for a hand over. A lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us. Gianni gave several suggestions of things to do and places to go. Location is great. Easy walk to dousing-uffuzi. Apartment had everything we needed. Two bathrooms a big plus traveling with my daughter. Communication was great. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again

Property is exactly as described. Enough facilities to let you stay in and chill, but so central that you want to go out and enjoy - restaurants, galleries, markets, shops, cafes, museums. The list is probably endless. Gianni’s communication and introduction was excellent.

This was such a comfortable, well set up apartment so close to the Ponte Vecchio and major attractions. We were happy to stay here and would love to come back and stay here again!

Gianni was a great host and it’s a great location! Small but functional space. We enjoyed it very much.

By meeting us in person, Gianni made the check-in process easy (if you haven’t been to Florence, the street naming and numbering can be confusing). The location was perfect for exploring Florence, meeting tour groups, and getting to restaurants and shops. We could easily enjoy short breaks from the afternoon heat in the comfort of air conditioning but walk around all morning and evening. Two bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to get ready in morning and have a bit a privacy during a week-long trip. The apartment was surprisingly quiet, given its central location. Gianni booked a very early cab to the airport at the end of our trip, so even our departure was easy (but we were sad to go). Given the opportunity to come back to Florence, I would happily stay here again.

Just steps from everything you want to see in Florence! Clean comfortable efficiency apartment.

I stayed 4 nights in the apartment with my adult daughter (we had 4 people for one transition night) it has everything you could need, two bathrooms, 2 comfortable beds and a sofa bed in the living room. While not spacious, the square footage is used in such clever ways that we never felt cramped, there is even a balcony. The neighborhood, Oltarno, steps from the Ponte Vecchio but quiet on a little spur street was ideal. Santo Spirito square was less than 10 minutes walk and countless neighborhood restaurants, cafes, gelateria and bars made us spoiled for choices. There is a baggage check, post office and restaurants on the ground floor of the building and a handy elevator was very nice for getting the luggage up to the flat. Gianni could not have been more helpful, or accommodating. We drove into Florence and got caught in a traffic jam (accident on a Sunday) and he was so understanding and flexible when we kept him updated on WhatsApp (personally, I don’t recommend driving in the neighborhood if you aren’t accustomed to tight streets and lots of pedestrians, I turned in the car immediately after getting the keys, but if you want to drive there’s a garage on the same block as the building). I would stay here again, in a heartbeat, and recommend it to anyone who requires more than one bed (and honestly the price is so reasonable…). Thank you Gianni

The location was great-close to Ponte Vecchio. It was clean, with lots of extras. The owner, Gianni, was helpful in guiding us to parking and the apartment. He gave us a great orientation to local shops, and things to do. He stayed in touch every day to make sure there were no problems. Overall, it was a great experience.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband and 2 children (10 & 7) and the apartment we stayed was excellent. The location can not be better, just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, and the owner Gianni was sooo helpful. Whenever we had a question, he responded right away, and he gave us many good recommendations on restaurants, etc. He definitely helped our visit in Firenze very pleasant one. If we come back to Firenze, we will stay at this place again for sure.

Loved this cute convenient apartment. Location right across the Ponte Vecchico was perfect because Florence is so walkable. The apartment is quiet and pleasantly decorated. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. Everything was perfect.

Our stay began with a warm welcome by Gianni including treats on the table with a bottle of local wine. We were given a thorough orientation of the apartment and the city. We visited a number of the recommended restaurants and they were all excellent. The apartment was a short walk from any tourist attraction. We did take a taxi to and from the train station with our luggage for convenience. We would absolutely stay an this apartment again when visiting Florence!

Gianni is definitely an expert host, and he and Barbara have made this smaller space feel and work like a space twice as large. There was coffee and a bottle of red wine provided as a gift. Gianni provided a map that identified local ‘bests’, and gave us tips for avoiding tourist pitfalls. When I accidentally left with the apartment keys in my pocket, he met me at the train station and received the keys from me and gave me only a smile and a handshake. We will be back for sure!

I highly recommend this property in Florence. The apartment is in a fabulous location, it has everything you’ll need, and Gianni’s hospitality and suggestions are exactly what’s going to help you get the most out of your time in Florence. Enjoy your stay - our family of four sure did.

Driving into Florence, it would be impossible to find the parking garage without Gianni’s help, who preset a outskirt meeting place and led us all the way to the parking and to the apartment. We are most grateful for that. The apartment is very clean and homey with all the essentials we needed. The location is perfect since we enjoyed the Oltrano area more than the central Florence anyway. We had great time there. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, Gianni and Barbara for their hospitality.

A few steps from the Ponte Vecchio, a few blocks to Palazzo Pitti, and 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Duomo, this is an absolutely ideal place to stay when visiting Firenze. It’s a cozy little place with comfortable beds and lots of hot water. Gianni and Barbara greeted us and shared lots of great information about places to eat and sights to see. We had a truly memorable week and highly recommend this apartment!

nice having two separate bedrooms. Beds were the most comfortable of any apartment that we stayed at during our two weeks. Gianni met us upon arrival, thoroughly covered things and gave us dining recommendations which we really enjoyed. Helped having a lift to haul luggage up 3 flights.

The apartment is situated close to all attractions . You can walk everywhere . It is a compact quiet apartment with all the amenities traveller needs . Beds were comfortable . Small kitchen but we only used it for breakfast . Gianni and Barbara were great hosts and kindly left wine and a few sweet things for us. They also gave us a few tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat at . Their kindness made our stay very enjoyable.

Gianni is the best! He met us at the Porto and even helped with our luggage! The apartment is beautiful and very well designed. The location was perfect!!!

We found the apartment exceptional, it was very neat and clean, had all the amenities, well located to the major sites, and easy to access via the elevator. Gianni met us outside the apartment, showed us the apartment, explained the sites and gave us suggestions on places to see and eat. Gianni and Barb provided a bottle of wine and other treats for us. Would stay here again!

We stayed in five places over the three weeks we we're in Italy. This was the best one. Great location. The air conditioner worked well (which wasn't the case most places) and great recommendations from our hosts. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
