Villa Evin es una villa moderna y lujosa junto al mar con una ubicación fantástica, literalmente a metros de la orilla del agua. En dos minutos puede nadar fuera de las plataformas de baño junto al mar o disfrutar del desayuno / almuerzo en uno de los clubes de playa junto al agua. Esta es una tranquila zona residencial ideal para el descanso y la recuperación. Un gran lugar para disfrutar de las cristalinas aguas azules de la bahía de Kalkan. Cuando lo desees, súbete al taxi acuático local que te llevará al centro de la ciudad. Allí encontrará las bonitas y pequeñas calles del encantador casco antiguo de Kalkan repletas de pequeñas tiendas, excelentes restaurantes y cafeterías / bares.
Villa Evin es una espaciosa villa de dos dormitorios y dos baños con capacidad para 4 personas en una habitación doble y una habitación doble / doble. El diseño y la ubicación de la villa atrae a parejas que buscan una escapada romántica, familias pequeñas con niños y amigos que van de vacaciones juntos. Fuera de la piscina infinita privada y la piscina con jacuzzi separada tienen impresionantes vistas al mar y se pasan por alto. La piscina se calienta en temporada baja para mantener una temperatura confortable. La gran terraza de la piscina ofrece sol y sombra en diferentes momentos del día, con áreas para tomar el sol, comer al aire libre o simplemente relajarse a la sombra de la pérgola del jardín. En la parte trasera de la villa hay un jardín maduro de limoneros, naranjas, limas y olivos entre Hibiscus, Jasmine y Begonvillea.

My wife and I enjoyed a great week at Villa Evin. The villa was very modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The outside area was excellent and the sun was in the pool area all day where you can sit and look at the wonderful view.
Location is about a 5mins drive away from centre of Kalken where the majority of the restaurants are located - you will need a car/taxi. Good restaurants we visited were both located on the hill down to the marina - Kalamare (exceptional) and Coriander
Communication with Bridget was first class and we would definitely recomend

What a wonderful villa, best we have been to and had everything you needed, great touch having the water cooler and all the beach towels, a microwave would have been good though. Location brilliant, nice to be out of the main town as so quiet but also so easy and quick to get to. Restaurants in the main town brilliant, we tended to go more to ones on the road with the supermarkets eg Coriander, as more authentic and alot cheaper. My daughter loved all the animals and named them all!! Would go back straight away. Thanks for a great stay. Kollov family

Villa was amazing in every way and lived up to its description given by Bridget who was always available if needed for little tips / bits of info. We all loved the Jacuzzin and Pool. The villa was in a nice relaxing quiet area with amazing view of the Sea and coastline of Kalkan. Beachclubs / water sports within 2 mins walk. We as a family would definitely want to stay again at the villa if we visit Kalkan in future.

Villa Evin was just what I was looking forward which was just 5 min taxi out of town. Very clean accommodation and layout just right. I would recommend this villa and location. Beach club is 3 min walk over the road which is great place to watch the sunset.

We had the most relaxing 2 weeks at villa Evin. We have stayed in quite a few places in Kalkan but this was our first time in Kisla,what a bonus to be 2 mins walk & you’re in the sea. Lovely & quiet but so easy & cheap to get a taxi into the town in the evening or hop on the water taxi.
Everything was perfect, Bridget was very helpful & we didn’t want to leave. I just hope we can return next year.

The villa was immaculately clean, very well equipped and spacious for four. Communication was excellent pre and during our stay. The villa was easy to live in and had multiple outside areas to sit in with Kalkan can be easily reached in a few minutes by car or the taxi boat service. The one downside for us was that due to the steep hill behind the house and the sun being lower in October it meant there was no sun on the property until 10am and then it was again in full shade by 4pm (the majority of the pool was in shade all day).

A well presented property in a fabulous location !Right next to the sea and beach club .Very clean with everything you need provided and wonderful relaxing sitting areas outside and with beautiful Kalkan to explore too ,bliss !

Stayed as a family of 2 adults 2 children. The villa was clean and spotless on arrival, a welcome pack of bread crisps water and fizz and more had been left for us which we were very grateful for as we arrived during the early hours. The villa has an excellent location overlooking the bay near to Kalkan Beach Club.The villa is spacious and had more than enough room for us. The pool was clean and kept clean throughout our stay, looks slightly bigger than it actually is in the pics and in an ideal world we would have liked it bigger as it was a little crowded when all 4 of us were in the pool.The inside of the villa was clean tidy and had all you needed (home from home) and was fully cleaned again during our stay with towels and linen changed. The villa was showing signs of wear and tear in areas but this is to be expected and it was still an amazing villa and location to stay in.We would stay here again and enjoyed our holiday here.

Villa Evin was just as lovely as the pictures suggested! The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and it is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The pool and house are beautifully maintained and it’s position right by the waterfront and beach clubs could not be better. Views are amazing, you have the sea and water taxis buzzing around in the day but by night the area is peaceful and calm. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Another bonus is the selection of beach clubs and restaurants in walking distance. I thoroughly recommend a stay at Villa Evin.

This was our 3rd time in this lovely villa it’s always clean and well maintained and Bridget is always on hand for advice or if any problems occur.Kisla is just a boat taxi away from Kalkan where there are excellent restaurants to choose from we’ve still not tried them all as there’s such a big choice but the ones we have tried have all been amazing, we will definitely be back it’s our favourite place to be.

This was the first time we stayed in Kalkan (normally visit Dalyan).
The villa, location and Kalkan itself is magical!
The villa was spotless, fresh and had every basic you would need and more. It is a superb and spacious villa with a luxury feel The views from every room in the house were stunning views over the bay. We arrived at night and the evening view of kalkan was breathtaking! The air conditioning was superb! We needed it!
The furniture both inside and out is top quality.
Bridget was fabulous and came to welcome us on our first day to check all was ok and to say she was on hand if we needed it. When we found a broken catch on a window we let her know and she promptly sent someone to fix it. So good.
The pool was glorious and maintained spotlessly clean daily. We spent hours in the pool gazing over the bay watching the boats, paragliding and speed boats. It was such a pleasure.
We were literally metres from the beach park. The beach park is glorious! Fantastic staff, great food and top views!! The views again are amazing and a lovely place to come for cocktails and to get the water taxi over to main Kalkan which in itself was a highlight of the holiday. What a way to travel!!
Kalkan town itself is an absolute dream. Superb harbour, amazing array of shops and wonderful restaurants and bars. The cobbled streets are so gorgeous. We were completely won over by the friendliness of everyone we came across. We made some friends in the restaurants and look forward to keeping in touch.
We are already planning a return trip and depending on how many people come next time we would love to return to Villa Evin.
I highly recommend this villa and Kalkan as a place to stay. The best relaxing holiday we have ever had.

We had a wonderful time in Kalkan, the scenery, the people, and the food were all amazing, our Villa and location couldn't have been better and Bridget the property owner couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful, this was our first stay in Kalkan and I can see us coming here for many years to come.

We had a fabulous week in Villa Evin!
The villa itself is beautiful, with lovely spaces both inside and out.
Inside there is a light, spacious lounge to chill in, a well equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms with the comfiest beds, and two stylish bathrooms.
Outside there is a good dining area, a shaded, comfy seating area, but, best of all, a fantastic infinity pool, with jacuzzi, with the beautiful views across the bay. Inevitably this is where we spent most of our time!
The location is great. It's literally a stone's throw from a great beach club and water taxi - handy for the teenagers to head off to! It's also in a quiet part of Kalkan, though there are several places to eat near by, and it's a few minutes by taxi into the town centre (and what a view on the drive in and out!)
Bridget was a great host - good communication, lovely to chat to and she left a great welcome pack, including some much needed cold beer! Thank you!

This was our first trip to Kalkan and we were not disappointed.
Villa Evin is perfect, it is modern, immaculate and really spacious. The pool is a good size and the sunbeds get the sun all day. Kisla is a lovely quiet part of Kalkan and the perfect location if you enjoy the peace and quiet side of the town. We hired a jeep, its only a 5 min drive to the old town/ restaurants and ample parking is available everywhere. You can also use the water taxi which is a 2 min walk away.
Kalkan is full of fantastic restaurants and bars, you are spoilt for choice every night.
Bridget is fantastic, she arranged the transfers to and from the airport, She had a welcome pack waiting for us including lovely cold Turkish beers, the perfect start to our holiday.
We will be back !!!!

This was my first stay at Villa Evin and Kisla. The villa's location is stunning, just meters from the water and very peaceful. I found a small family run restaurant just a few hundred metres away called the Kuluhana which was handy for dinner when I didn't want to go into town. The villa is really spacious for just 2 bedrooms, very clean and beautifully presented. The beds were very comfy and it was fabulous to have such powerful showers as well as the choice of a bath! The kitchen too was very well equipped, although I did not do much cooking. Mostly I just loved my time spent outside under the pergola reading a book, enjoying the refreshing sea breezes and of course the sea view. At the end of the week I didn't want to leave and I will definately return when I get the chance.Thank you Bridget for your help as always.

Villa Evin is absolutely stunning!
The villa is perfect inside and out. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing in and watching the boats come and go. I enjoyed sitting on the pool steps and gazing out to sea with a glass of wine, so relaxing and chilled.
The villa is perfectly situated opposite the beach club, we visited the beach club most days for a swim and a cocktail.
The whole overall finish of villa Evin is excellent, Bridget has done an excellent job!
The beds are so comfy and the pillows were good, not like the normal hard ones you get.
Bridget arranged for some shopping to be delivered when we arrived, this was so handy. The Bose speaker was also an added bonus, easy to use and great sound.
The views from the villa are spectacular, we will miss these, and can't wait to return next year, we have already booked! We loved Villa Evin and can highly recommend it.

Our second visit to Villa Evin without a single problem thanks to the excellent organisation and communication of the owner Bridget. The beautiful villa is maintained to an exceptionally high standard in the quiet area of Kisla, with panoramic views of the bay from the terrace. The beach club is just a minute walk away with free sun beds and a choice of water sports and only a 5 minute ferry or car ride to the delightful town of Kalkan where the choice of restaurants is endless. Bridget goes above & beyond with us when we stay here every time.
Its Paradise.Try it and you'll see why. You won't be disappointed! we will definitely be back.
