Staff was very friendly.

Our bed was awful. You could hear the springs every time you moved. There was hair on the wall of the shower.

Very nice hotel and wonderful service at the desk when we arrived. Very clean rooms.

Our room was very musty smelling, as if the carpets had been shampooed and hadn't quite dried.

The staff was ALL very friendly, professional and helpful. We were especially impressed with the breakfast that was served. Delicious, fresh and the cleanliness was exceptional! Great job all around!!

Beds were very hard and too high off ground. Shower made very loud sound and was only lukewarm.

Everything was fine. Front desk girl was very nice. Clean and comfortable.

I was given the option to reserve a smoking room on the app, so I did. When I got there, they said they don't have smoking rooms and that shouldn't be an option. So I had to walk all the way outside in the snow and wind everytime I wanted a smoke. Of I had known, would have booked different accommodations.
