The hotel rooms were nice and cleaned. Also the casino convenience

One of the staff members down at check in was very rude. She was short and the look on her face made you not want to ask anything else

Style and amenities

Staff at check- in was absolutely rude, lazy and indifferent. Walked out of this hotel, but came back to win my battle. Was placed in another part of the hotel and the person checking us in the first time hid in the back the whole time we were speaking with different clerk. Kudos to Josh for being so helpful and knowledgeable WHILE IN TRAINING.

The location and view of the Mississippi was excellent. Location of my room was great... near the elevators and on the top floor so the view was lovely. The discount price for the two nights is the reason I chose this hotel.

The plumbing in our room needs work, as well as the air conditioner. The tub didn't drain while showering and the sink water didn't shut off immediately. I had the a/c as low as it would go but it never got cold enough for us.
