The location was very good and close to Indiana Grand. The lobby and rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The stopper in the bathroom was stuck closed. Very difficult to brush our teeth. The breakfast hot foods were cold but they did have a microwave to reheat the food.

Location was great. Breakfast was pretty good.
We paid $143.00 You refused to change(not cancel) the date of booking for us. You refused to let us count this stay as one of our nights to get the 3rd night free. You refused to give us our 500 points for being a new choice member. You are NOT customer service oriented.

the breakfast was excellent and the place was very clean the staff was very friendly and they gave me a room close to an exit which is what I requested IT IS OUR THIRD YEAR STAYING THERE THANK YOU
