The villa was in a great location. Easy to walk into PDI and only 30mins walk or short bus/taxi ride to Maspalomas beach. Supermarket 2 mins away. Villa was well equipped, great kitchen and comfy beds. Pablo was responsive to any queries we had. Would definitely book again

all on one level, good pool, large outside space, close to supermarket and taxis
cockroaches (which was dealt with), kitchen crockery, utensils etc could do with replacing. the aircon overflow dripped onto the grass, it needs a pipe fitted. the villa in general could do with refreshing

It was perfect!! Just like a home from home!! Everything you needed was there,kitchen equipment,washing machine,Satellite TV ETC & then you have the property which is in a great area,easy to get anywhere,quiet,very close to supermarket & then you have your own pool with plenty of sun lounger’s also a small area off the main bedroom to sunbathe should you want privacy from rest of house!!
Pablo was always on hand should you need him & nothing is a problem for him.
We had a great holiday stay at this Villa.
We will return!!

very convenient location to supermarket. walk to restaurants about 20min. good size living area and useful to have laundry facilities. easy to contact host via WhatsApp. comfy beds and quiet area, good fro relaxing.
pool water level kept dropping /needed someone to come and fix but then happened again a few days later. also as a warning the pool isn’t heated so is quite chilly.

We really enjoyed the great outdoor area including the outside barbecue. There was enough space to sit together as a group and relax in the shadow. The additional little terrace at the masters bedroom with two sunbeds was also nice to have.
Little Supermarkt across the street in 2 min walking distance.
Only downgrade was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t accessible in the master bedroom. Which shouldn’t be that much of a problem when you are on vacation.

- Great communication before and during our stay with Pablo. He welcomed us in person and gave us the information about the house and nearby activities. Everything was very clean, towels and complementaries were available. Very pleasant to have a pool and covered terrace with a bbq.
A nice residential location close to shops and entertainment.
We had a wonderful stay and will surely come back!
- No music or noise after 9pm, this is very strict for a holiday home.

Very nice the house, large pool, large terrace, grill, quiet place, garage and friendly and helpful owner. We were the whole family and small child. This house is ideal for family or friends. Amazing house and I can just recommend.

Villa excellent - inside and out! Hosts are charming and helpful and left us lovely welcoming Chocolates, Beer and Rioja!
(and bottled water).
Supermarkets:
One only 2 mins away (but being refurbished so was closed for our visit).
Another just a 10 min walk. (Pharmacy and bar there too).
Easy to get a cab nearby - 2 minutes around the corner. (Fares are very cheap)
Walk to Yumbo Centre about 20min stroll.
Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They recommended a variety of good restaurants to eat out in and other places to visit/trips etc. (and the local shops of course).
Would certainly recommend.
Only Spanish TV available - or at least we didn't find any other channels. (But not really a problem for us).
(Suggest taking a Chromecast to use on the WiFi so could watch a movie from a phone or tablet if the weather happened to be poor).
WiFi doesn't reach the Master Bedroom - an extender would easily solve this though.
Could do with headboards in all the bedrooms - huge piece of art on Master bedroom wall above bed needs to be higher - was a bit afraid of damaging it, but that's about it for problems - nothing to put us off, will be staying there again.
