The house was very spacious and well-stocked with all necessities. It's located in a lovely neighborhood which is very convenient for many of the trailheads. Each day as you come home and turn into the neighborhood, you see a spectacular view of the mountains. Many restaurants and shops close by.

My sons and I had come to the area for a bit of down time— they had never been to Sedona and I was hoping they would find it as magical as I did ! This house was so much a part of that . It’s in an engaged setting but also quiet and private . It’s close to the chapel of the holy cross and many other spots and is convenient in access to the sights . The home is clean , the beds comfy, and the house spacious. We used it as a base location not only for Sedona but also arcosanti, Jerome and the Grand Canyon . I had an exciting vacation with my sons but also have been able to feel rested and calm in the process . I would definitely come back !!!

My family and I came to stay during Christmas break. A beautiful Christmas tree had been placed in the corner of the living room which was a nice surprise. The pantry was well stocked, night lights were in the bathrooms, and several throw blankets were handy to cuddle up with while watching tv. It seems they thought of everything!

The property is in a lovely neighborhood with views of Cathedral Rock from the driveway. Only minutes from the Chapel of the Holy Cross and centrally located to access great restaurants and/or grocery stores. Some of the best hikes are within a 15-30 minute drive! The house is well-appointed with very comfy beds and pillows. The showers are hot and the towels fluffy—which is nice after a long hike. Lisa was very accessible and responded to requests/questions IMMEDIATELY. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

This home has great views and you can ride a mountain bike to the local trailhead. The home was comfortable and it was easy to prepare meals.

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. It’s about 15-20 minutes from downtown Sedona. The owner sent excellent check in info and was immediately attentive when we had a WiFi problem. There is a well-stocked pantry and kitchen and the owner had a list of good resources for things to do in the area. Highly recommended

The house was in a wonderful residential neighborhood. We walked and hiked on trails in the neighborhood.
We didn’t rent a car. We hired a local car service, Zeus M, that was excellent. We relaxed at the professionals did the driving.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Host was very gracious and is even mailing me something I left at the house. Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown Sedona. Would stay again!

This house was so cozy. Very clean. Had everything to make you feel at home quickly. The host left little notes on certain items to help with operation. Most light switches were labeled. The location was beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Three full baths made getting our family of 5 out the door easier. We are all already saying, “We miss the Cougar house”.

We were a group of longtime friends meeting in Sedona for several days. Cougar House was a great location; away from the hustle & bustle of central Sedona. The rooms were spacious and the hosts had thought of many conveniences. The outdoor spaces were really enjoyed. Loved it!

The Cougar Drive rental was in a quiet residential area of Sedona. This was very nice because the rest of Sedona was very busy. Nice to come back to at the end of sightseeing each day. Also it was close enough to many hikes that we could walk from there. We were within 10-15 ( on a good day) of grocery stores, restaurants, and souvenir shopping. The rental had many amenities like shampoo, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap etc so we didn’t need to bring any or go out to buy them. Beds and rooms were large and comfortable. Patio/deck were nice to go out to when home. It was a 2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest. Loved our stay here and would HIGHLY recommend!

My friends and I have known each other for about 50 years. We love going places whee we can Hike, enjoy spiritual aspects, have space to just be together. This home fit the bill surrounded by
the beauty and spirituality of Sedona. It was a good location for many hikes and we wee able to plan and have our own meals at home.. The choices for eating out were wonderful. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Besides being immaculately clean with four king bedrooms, this home had all the additional small touches that made it feel like a home. Games, guide books, kitchen conveniences etc. The floor plan was great with a separate reading/tv room and a large family room with views of the spacious yard and rockformations. The neighborhood is quiet yet within walking distance to Holy Cross Chapel (go early). Communication with the owners was excellent. Sedona is the place to go and this is the place to stay.

Everything was as described, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax as a family! this was close enough to enjoy Sedona uptown/ downtown areas but also close to all the trails for hiking. We would love to come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and well stocked with all the things we needed. The views from the house and neighborhood were amazing. The owners were friendly upon contact with questions. The trash collection was a bit confusing, and we had a mishap with the Javellana (very exciting lol) but otherwise our stay was great!!

We genuinely enjoyed our week in Sedona. Not our first trip there, about our fifth in 20 years…and this was the most relaxing having had a home as opposed to a condo or otherwise. The listing was accurate, entry/check-in was easy and the location was excellent for what we needed.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this house. It is located in a beautiful area with ealking trail heads very close. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house is big and has everything we need. Has office area in 1 beedroom which works great for us as I work remotely. Also has peaceful back yard deck & great front deck area. Close driving distance to shopping but far enough away for peace and quiet. We will definiely stay here again!

Perfect rental for our stay of 1 full week. You will have all the accommodations of home, complete with washer/dryer and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location and views are the best part of the entire property, you are located near anything within 3 - 5 miles of Sedona that you want to do!

Had a great time at the property. It is centered in the middle of everything you want to see and do - and has great views of the red rocks. Shopping and restaurants were close by. The owners were great! We know you will enjoy your stay!

Gorgeous setting in quiet neighborhood close to trails, restaurants around Sedona area . My benchmark for , “yes this is it” was met with very comfortable bed/bedding and peaceful surroundings. We were a party of 4 who wanted the comfort and privacy of 4 rooms. The common area, especially the front and back porches we perfect settings for conversation or contemplation.
No one in our party major mobility issues but fyi the house has several level changes which might challenge guests with walkers etc if that’s a consideration.
Host worked hard with me when I had initial problems w vrbo booking. We then had another glitch r/t check in so my rating did reflect that …
However our stay was lovely once those issues were resolved and I would stay again

What happens in Sedona stays in Sedona! We had a great time - visited several sites, including the Grand Canyon - first time for one of us! Weather was perfect. A very good selection of restaurants! Highly recommend this property!

Our family of 4 spent 3 lovely nights at the Cougar home. The location was ideal for us as our sons could hike for hours just outside the neighborhood. Quiet, luxurious and so comfortable. Views of the gorgeous Sedona rocks everywhere. Lisa was an excellent host as she provided us with clear instructions and helpful information about the area. This was our first time in Sedona and all of us want to return.
