Location was good. Parking was good. House itself was roomy Beds were comfy. Towels were nice. Customer service was quick to respond to issues.

Candy wrappers on floor in 2 bedrooms. No toiletries left in 1 bathroom. 2 broken wine glasses in kitchen cabinets. No sponge nor a cutting board. We requested these but were told they weren't supplied. I doubt many folks would go buy a sponge for a short stay so makes me wonder how people washed dishes they didn't put in dishwasher. Kind of wierd to provide dishwashing soap but no way to use it. No extra blankets and it was cold at night. Heating is very unbalanced. As my daughter said, it was a decent place but if they just put in 20% more effort (and amenities), it would have been a great place.

This was a stunning property, very spacious and with great outdoor area and pool. It was located just off St Charles Ave with lots of local restaurants and bars and a tram stop to take you easily to the city centre. It is rare that you find a property where the reality is better than the photographs but this was one. Downstairs loving area was great with a well equiped kitchen and laundry. Upstairs three great sized bedroom one with ensuite and another bathroom and a lovely outdoor balcony with comgy seating. I could not fault this property.

The place was comfortable and very modern. More than enough space to accommodate a group of 7. Facilities were clean and the AC was working. St. Charles steer car was only a block away with many restaurants nearby as well.

Location was great and felt very secure/safe. House was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Courtyard and pool area were so pretty, especially with the lights at night. The owner was very responsive to an issue with the dishwasher and hot water downstairs--it was fixed immediately.

There wasn't enough seating in the living area for all of us. We had to bring in chairs from the dining room. The bed in the master bedroom is very squeaky--you can't even sit on it without it making creaky noises that can be heard all the way downstairs. Impossible to sleep through the night in that bed because you wake up anytime someone moves.
