So nice to have a place to stay when visiting my family, where I know my kids are safe and comfortable.

The house looked small from the outside but was impressed with the inside. We were there to hike on the Appalachian Trail and this house was located just a little away from what i wanted but it worked out ok. We didn't spend any time outside since it was cold but the location was quiet. Overall it was a great stay.

We needed a place to stay for the weekend that had 3 bedrooms. This location was the perfect size and only 13 minute drive from where we spending our days. The leaves were starting to change which was nice.

Cherisse was kind enough to leave the lights on for us for our anticipated late arrival. The home was immaculate. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Cherisse left us a bottle of honey as a gift, which was so fun and thoughtful. I appreciated her prompt communication and the attention to detail in her notebook. She does not have wi-fi but we were able to use our mobile hot spot, so our son could do his homework. The next door neighbor was very helpful with sharing directions to the river and to see waterfalls in the area, which were spectacular!! Would highly recommend this stay.

Our family had a great time for Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking down to the river. Thank you for a great stay.

The house is perfect for a small family that want to just get away into a quiet secluded place. Cherisse is a perfect hostess. She makes sure that everything is as it should be, but quietly stays away unless needed. The home is well equipped with all the essentials and then some. The area has a lot of things to do for the family or just the adults. Rate this one A-! plus.

Great communication with the property owner. Super awesome clean and comfortable. Took the family this time next time it'll be a excellent getaway for me and the wife. The owners were super helpful when they saw it may be dark before we arrived she offered to go turn some lights on. Definitely on my favorites list.

Nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood minutes from anywhere in Franklin. No issues whatsoever, other than maybe that there is construction going on along the nature trail to the river, so the trail is muddy and ugly at the moment.

Cherisse was an excellent host and so easy to reach…she gave us excellent suggestions and was very quick to answer any questions. The house was squeaky clean and was exactly as described. In the listing she listed no ice maker but there were ice trays. She went the extra mile and had a full bin of ice already out of the trays and every tray had been refilled. Thank you Cherisse!! Oh, and the location is very convenient to downtown!

This house was perfect for our family of four to have a restful, fun long weekend. Close enough to town but also felt secluded. Super clean and the property manager was easy to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Washer and dryer are fast, the appliances in the kitchen clean and ready to use. We had no problem finding the house, communication with the owner was easy and everything worked as it should. We had good cell service the entire time, and the satellite worked the entire time. We will definitely stay here next time. Thanks Cherisse for everything, we had the best time!

Such a nice little place for our family of 5, and perfect for little ones! With all there is to do around town and near by, it was the perfect location in between. We were even more pleased by how clean the home was (since that isn’t always the case) but this one was wonderful! We will be back to enjoy another stay soon :)

We have a wonderful time in this cozy house. We got lots os happy moments from playing board games in the dining room to play outside in the garden . Charisse is a great and helpful landlord.

Family Visit
I came to Franklin to visit my family for Christmas. However both mine and my brothers family have grown to the point sharing space is getting hard. It was incredibly relaxing to come back to a nice clean quiet space to put my kids down for bed. Truly appreciate the space.

Ms Cherisse was a wonderful host, she was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was good with our rental. We had no problems at all, the house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying there again , would like to explore some more surrounding areas.
