Overall experience was great. Cabin had lots of room for the ten of us. I recommend a visit to North Maine Woods. I can’t wait to come back to visit.

We have stayed at this house for the last several years and every year it does not disappoint! From the spaciousness of it to the deer greeting you to how private it is, it’s a treasure and we thoroughly enjoy it!

This home is a must stay plenty of room for everyone. Very well-made maintained home. Hot tub was great after a long day in the woods.

Spent a few nights here while there for a family wedding. The living area of the house is well appointed and comfortable. There are two queen bedrooms on the first floor, King, queen, and a bunch of bunks/twins upstairs. Along with the two full baths, this house could sleep/accomodate 13 ppl, but the living space will be cramped with that many. Beds were comfortable, tons of towels, and all you could need in the kitchen. Did not use the grill on the deck. Hot tub was a nice bonus in the evening.
If stairs are a difficulty, this is not the right place. Must climb the stairs to get into the house. Deck and stairs are tree, which is very slippery with dew each morning. The bottom step is a bit awkward, as it is higher than the rest and steps onto the rocky driveway. A concrete pad/landing there would be very beneficial.
Lots of parking, just know its all dirt/rocky roads and parking. Tons of firewood provided if you use the fire pit (we didn't). Easy access to all the surrounding area activities from hiking, atv trails, B52 memorial, lake, state park, etc. Overall, it was great for our stay.

Everyone loved this home and property. It is so perfect for a large group. Easy access to trails. The pool table was great for a rainy night. Hot tub and fire were super enjoyable during the nice weather!

Return to Greenville to hike, visit family and our parents grave sight. Fun remembering family vacations as children and our grandparents. Love this region of Maine. The house was perfect for our gathering.

The property was as described, quite nice. It was very spacious. We ended up not using the hot tub but, it looked perfectly clean and was ready to go. They had plenty of towels. They had loads of flatware, dishes, and glassware. We didn’t have to buy any basics ie; hand soap, dish detergent, new dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, spices, 3 bottle openers, throw blankets. They have a great huge tv with a fantastic sound system. Downside, was the only room fan, we found in one bedroom, didn’t work and the ceiling fans in the living rooms do not provide any air flow. It was unseasonably hot though. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were great. There was a leftover popsicle stick in our bedroom. Our blanket/quilt was ripped and torn in quite a few places. The mattresses are pretty worn and need replacing. These are very petty critiques/ downsides. They were completely easygoing when we added 2 people to our stay. They communicated fast and well. The few critiques aside, they’re not enough to make me not stay again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beaver Cove. Hope to go back there every summer! Our adult children loved playing pool and taking a quick dip in the hot tub. This house was beautiful and very comfortable for a relaxing stay!

Customer service throughout our entire stay was incredible! The Vacasa team was super attentive with a few of our needs. Overall, our family has booked this cabin a few times now and we love it. It’s cozy, warm, and fit all 11 of us staying comfortably. Internet service was spotty, but, it’s Maine! Overall 5/5 for a great atmosphere and time with family ❤️

This cabin has everything! We very much enjoyed our stay here, and it was our first time in Maine. The only thing it could use is better, thicker pillows! The pillows were so thing, even doubling them over still was so thin. Will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Maine again

We had a great stay in Beaver cove. A very spacious property with all the amenities. Property managers were very helpful and early check in was great. Would recommend for a large group, plenty of room to spread out. Oh, and deer !! A bonus!!

We absolutely loved the home! Clean & spacious! I especially loved the warm cozy cabin vibe and all the beautiful wood decor! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beds for guests. We had 6 guest stay on our trip and we had plenty of space. Also enjoyed using the pool table & hot tub!

The photos of the property don't do it justice. It's a fantastic house, totally set up for vacationing. From the jacuzzi to the pool table and the Vermont Castings wood stove, this place is awesome. We went up in early March, and the one issue is that the house is on a hill, and the driveway was a complete sheet of ice. We nearly got stuck in our 4WD truck, and my daughter did get stuck in her front wheel drive vehicle (with snow tires). The property manager denied my request for the $100 reimbursement to get her car pulled out, which was a real bummer. I insisted that they send someone out to salt the driveway - which I admitedly should have done when we arrived, instead of a couple of days later. They did send someone out within a few hours of my request - and that company did a great job spreading copious amounts of salt out. If we stay there again - which we may do - I will request that someone go there ahead of time and spread salt out so that it's not a tripping or driving hazard. If someone falls on ice it could get real bad real quick. Great spot otherwise!

This property was amazing. Very clean and perfect for 7 adults. Everything you need for a great stay was in the house.

It was a great stay. There's all kind of books and small toys for the kids. Treats for the dogs. There were more deer on the road than cars. The hot tub was great. They had everything we needed, including bouillon cubes to make more chicken broth for my soup. I would definitely rent this property again for an extended family Christmas getaway.

This is our second time staying at this house and we were not disappointed. The house had plenty of room for the eight of us and is just a short drive to the area attractions. The area deer also came out of the woods to say hi to the kids! We will be back next year!

Enjoyed our stay in beaver cove. We saw several deer, enjoyed the hottub, location and tranquility. If traveling with infant, the crib pictured on listing is no longer available. Once I realized this after arriving I contacted the manager who was nice enough to find a pack n play for us to use. Would visit again! Also recommend Kelly’s Landing for local eats. Enjoyed our hike at Lily Bay State Park!
