Brak prywatnego parkingu, bardzo słabo oznaczone miejsce gdzie jest hotel, Personel nie mówi po angielsku, brak widoku na morze, wspólny balkon z drugim pokojem współdzielony. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia.

We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room. We also liked the location, just minutes from two of the most beautiful beaches in Alghero and 2 min away from an excellent supermarket/bar.

The bed was comfortable and the room looked niche.

The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken before we arrived, and the owner didn't tell us before hand. He said he could reimburse us if we wanted and find another place, after we were already there. He should have let us know in advance so we could make the necessary arrangements beforehand. The daring in the sink didn't work properly, and gunk always floated from the drain outwards, not very proper for any accomodations facility, and we told the owner and he didn't even respond to our messages. In the end I can say that although the room was nice looking, the bathroom was not properly maintained and the owner didn't care.

Its called B&B and only coffee station was provided. So there was no breakfast there. Owner very nice but no English at all so keep that in mind before booking.

Our room was not very big but large enough, with quite a big balcony overlooking an open courtyard - great place to have morning coffee. There was one or two other rooms occupied by other guests but we did not disturb each other. There is a small kitchen (which we didn't use) and you can use an electric kettle and glasses/cups to make hot drinks. The bathroom inside our room was nice too. The apartment is on the first floor (that would be second floor in the US), accessed by some winding stairs so you have to take that into account. The building is located in a busy street but the noise is not a nuisance in the apartment. The bus stop for buses to the town centre, the beaches and the caves is very close. There are several supermarkets and places to eat in the vicinity. It's a half hour walk to the Old Town. Last, but not least, the host was very welcoming and helpful. He offered us a discount in the pizza restaurant he runs.

The owner does not speak English so we had some minor communication problems. We weren't given any prior information about check-in. Our plane was delayed and we arrived at the place after 8 pm. There is no sign of the apartment in the street. (There are signs for a hostel in the neighboring building). Eventually, we called the owner and managed to communicate that we are already there and he came on a scooter in 5 minutes.
