The condo was amazing, perfect size and location for our family. what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The loft gets a little warm but other than that it was perfect! The staff at Luxury Beach Rentals was fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend this condo and Luxury Beach Rentals.

Location was good. Parties, loud music and fire works every single night until after 3 am. People even did fireworks off their balconies into the pool area but security couldn’t stop them. Definitely would never do a family vacation here again. Family was woken up ever single night due to the noise. House did have beach chairs and toys which was nice. Cleanliness was ok..

We really enjoy staying here. Plenty for kids and adults to do and great access to beach. The place is spacious & accomodating. We stayed there before and we feel it now could use some updates. There was an outlet at the divider wall between the living room and dining room on living room side that was loose and the wiring was exposed r 16 month old grandson kept pulling it and grabbing the wiring. My son in law had to fix it. Also the patio doors need attention. They are hard to shut and open and were dirty. The decks carpet could stand some attention or replaced as well. The big thing is the fungus growing through the ceiling in the kitchen.

We have stayed at this property and in this room many times. The upgrades to the room are outstanding and the cleanliness of the room was much better than could be expected. It is too bad that the overall property is not kept up by the Hrand Cayman Resort, especially the pool. In our eight days the pool was vacuumed a total of 2 times and the second time with not a whole lot of effort. When I asked about this I was told the resort does its best with limited help. Strangely the resorts on either side of us did not appear to have as severe of a staffing issue. Thus is a reflection on Grand CaymN not luxury beach rentals whom I would use again without question.

- Spacious condo: Accurate description and pictures- Easy check-in/out procedures: Did not need to contact management company- Incredible views from the multiple balconies (fantastic sunrise views)- Easy access to the beach (condo has beach gears like chairs and umbrellas)- Clean condo upon check-in- Well maintained property (condo + external areas) but showing age due to its proximity to the ocean (salt effects)- Kitchen adequately stocked- Comfortable beds- Living room could use a recliner chair (sofas are OK)- Upstairs bedroom sometimes feels warmer than rest of the condo but ceiling fan can help (thermostat located on 1st floor)- Savoy tower is quiet all day (Cayman resort next door not so much during the day, but quiet at night)- Dedicated covered parking spot, maybe tight fit for large SUVs (4 parking spots for visitors on first come basis)- Did not use Cayman resort amenities (good experience at Starbucks though). - Great location between Grand Strand and North Myrtle Beach- Enjoyed our stay and going back in January

Room had ample space for our family (2 parents plus 3 teens) and our parents. The balcony space was plenty. The condo could have been cleaned more thoroughly. It is also showing wear and tear. The couch had a rip in the fabric, hole in laundry door, sliding glass door in dining room was very difficult to open, and stain in upstairs hallway. Also, refrigerator took 24 plus hours to get cool. When we called about refrigerator they said this was known issue. Upstairs temperature drastically different than downstairs due to only one thermostat. The pool was only cleaned twice during the week. On positive note, the layout is fantastic in condo and kitchen. It was very nice having a washer and dryer in the condo too. It was close to all activity and the lifeguards in the area were great. Teenagers enjoyed the entertainment at the pools and amenities. Enjoyed having a puzzle and books in the condo to use. The rental company made the process very easy.

This building property is in a great location and has access to the neighboring Grand Cayman Resort. Having direct access to the two pools and ocean is a plus. With the location north of the boardwalk it is quieter than other locations with many options for food in walking distance.
The building and unit were showing its age with the elevator not working atleast once per day, hanging drywall from what appeared to be the leak above (they did fix it), and black mold on the air vents, along with a broken lamp, folding laundry room door(fixed), and blind rod. Regarding the elevator the maintenance team that was there to fix it said it is a known issue for the past few years but there is no perm fix dollars allocated from the HOA.
Last item was they closed the Cayman pool because of an incident at 2pm and did not open it to the following day because there were out of chemicals. It was nice to have our own pool when that happened.
Service at the hotel Turle Bay was good but like everything in 2022 understaffed.
The building and unit were showing its age with the elevator not working atleast once per day, hanging drywall from what appeared to be the leak above (they did fix it), and black mold on the air vents, along with a broken lamp, folding laundry room door(fixed), and blind rod. Wonderful location! Couldn't have been closer to the beach! Easy check-in. Reserved parking spot that is close to elevator. Condo was clean. Sofa, loveseat, & chair in living room were just a little worn but not surprising with all of the use it gets throughout the year. Kitchen was good and had everything that we needed to easily prepare our meals. New washer & dryer in unit. Beds were comfortable. WI-FI was a little bit slow at times. If you want to be close to the beach this is the rental for you! Amazing view of the sunrise!!! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Savoy Penthouse 601 in early November. The Savoy has a private keypad entrance upon entry to the building and unit. The amenities were great. The Penthouse is nicely decorated, but it is starting to show wear and tear- The unit could use a good coat of paint. The unit had plenty of towels and the kitchen is nicely stocked. The views from the penthouse are beautiful. Some of the deck space lacks privacy. I would imagine that during the peak season, the resort would be overcrowded and loud.

Great view , this is the highlight of the location. The living room set was old dirty and uncomfortable, ice maker doesn't work, only cable TV on main tv. Internet connection only in master. Holes in door. You have to run hot water for for about 5 minutes in bathroom before it gets hot. Patio furniture put together with PVC pipes. I'll leave out the part about matinence accidentally attempting to enter unit through roof acsess. The only thing luxury about this unit is the view .

Yes some things are a little stained on the couches but to me that’s simply because people who rent a place don’t care about other peoples things which is sad but true. They should not even try to sell people of the roof area because frankly it is a joke. No one will want to sit on a dirty roof with no view except for the hotel behind you. They don’t tell you the door to the roof is in the upstairs bath room and doesn’t seal on the bottom. You have to keep the door closed all night to the bath room or you will hear everyone in the building behind you. The beds were just ok. We had four adults during this trip and there is plenty of room for your own space. I gave 3 stars for being clean when we got there. It wasn’t dirty but it also wasn’t spotless, and that was ok. We sat every night on the balcony and it was awesome. The view is very good. The location of the place is great. Short drive to about anything you want to do. I will say this, the upstairs bed room gets really warm each morning even with having the curtains closed. At the end of the day I hope to be able to stay hear again. Maybe a little expensive but most places in town this size are.

Our unit 601 was amazing. Beautiful oceanfront property with incredible views of the ocean. Little more attention to cleanliness to pool walkways to beach would be nice. Water stands and creates a very slick walkway. Saw a couple of people fall. Unit was appointed nicely, great sleeping arrangements and nice kitchen. Would definitely consider staying again!!

The condo was perfect for our extended family beach trip. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and have some privacy. We really enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and balconies. The beach is just steps away. However, the condo is in need of some deep cleaning. The baseboards and cold air returns are very dirty. The showers had mold growing in them. The walls have dirt and scrape marks everywhere. We did see a bug that looked like a roach. We called to report it immediately. We were told it wasn’t a roach, but some other native bug. It was the first and last place we went each day of our stay. When the beach was crowded on Memorial Day, we could be on the balcony, still see the beach, enjoy the weather, and not fight the crowd. We will most definitely book this room again on our next Myrtle Beach vacation!

This condo was a wonderful choice for our family! We have had one of the hardest years in our lives, so having the amazing views and patios this condo offered was wonderful! First of all, the beach access is literally steps away from the elevator, as well as the pool. Condo was clean and spacious. The elevator was scary, we literally held our breath every trip up and down. It felt like it need some major attention. We used the umbrellas and chairs in the closet. However, probably a good idea to bring your own. One chair was rusted and an umbrella broken. It felt like they were things people left behind. Make sure you turn on the ice maker first thing when you arrive. The glass window in the upstairs bedroom was my absolute favorite, however, you can hear the young kids playing at 2 am (or in our case streaking to the water.) Fireworks we’re set off one night, but we had fun with it and just watched. The maintenance of the resort seemed to be lacking. However, it’s hard to tell if that was just them getting things back up and running after Covid. We met a couple who had stayed at this resort seven times and they said it was the dirtiest they’d ever seen it. Beach is beautiful. Drink hut was wonderful. Starbucks on the property was perfect! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and take my chances with the elevator!

50th birthday vacation
We loved our stay in the penthouse. The condo was exactly as posted. Big, beautiful, and plenty of room. Our favorite spot was the upstairs balcony. It was the first and last place we went each day of our stay. When the beach was crowded on Memorial Day, we could be on the balcony, still see the beach, enjoy the weather, and not fight the crowd. We will most definitely book this room again on our next Myrtle Beach vacation!
