Beautiful lodge perfectly situated for a peaceful stay with easy access to Lancaster city.
Ideal location for a peaceful stay, rural but with easy access to Lancaster city and the University. The lodge was well-equipped and there was even fresh milk, tea, and coffee left out for us. The owners have thought of everything necessary to ensure comfort and practicality.

Will definitely be back!
The cabin was a home from home. Everything we could have needed. Literally the only thing we could think of adding was some form of egg timer! Wonderful size space, especially for the price. Not to mention the little touches and additional thoughts, like extea pillow, fans, the local takeaway menus and directions to eateries. We will definitely be back.

2nd visit - always a good sign.
Our second stay here so you can see that we like it. Very quiet with friendly hosts. A modern very well equipped and comfortable log cabin. An individual property on a farm with livery stables looking on to the manage. Easy to find and park. Continue a long the road to Aldcliffe and you can park and walk into Lancaster along the canal . A bustling city with castle and interesting shops. In June 20234 the Cathedral was closed for renovations with only a view through front entrance, South from the property is Condor Green picnic site with a long walk along a disused railway. Interesting bird life.
