Just everything- friendly stuff, beautiful architecture inside and outside, beautiful pool and beach, fantastic breakfast and Club Lounge, fantastic view from our room in the 43. floor, great fitness room, everything was just such a luxury . Thanks for our unforgettable stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Amazing breakfast, great views from the balcony, clean and spacious.

Room electronics was malfunctioning constantly through the stay. Staff attempted to help but the issue wasn't solved.

Leider keinerlei Entertainment für Kinder (Kidsclub oä), Zubuchung von Frühstück super kompliziert - hatten jedesmal eine Diskussion mit der Dame trotz Bezahlung, weil eine andere Empfangsdame die Buchung falsch hinterlegt hat, und Checkout hat dementsprechend auch länger gedauert

The room was exceptional, and had a great view. Windows from floor to ceiling that you could look out of from bed. Breakfast was also very nice with a large variety, and the staff was very friendly.

The only bad thing was that we could not get served any wine during the dinner in the buffet restaurant the first day due to Ramadan, however the staff handled it very fine and proposed us some alternatives.

The pool was heated, which was necessary in February. Location was good and easy to access. The breakfast was rich and well presented. Service at the breakfast was friendly and expedient. The view from the room was impressive, albeit partially covered by neighbouring building.

The spa had no hot and cold water pool to immerse after sauna and there was no room to relax inside the spa facility. After the sauna one had to go back to the external pool area. In the lobby hall was continuously a strong and cold draft, so one had to search for a comfortable sitting place elsewhere.

Location and room layout, especially bathroom and balcony

Already a bit outdated. Not at the typical level of a Grand Hyatt. Sahha restaurant disappointing and much overpriced.

The staff and the food were great. Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming and very helpful,.

It’s very clean and great quality service

The view from level 43 was absolutely amazing. The complentry evening drinks in the lounge. Staff helped me out to pay for taxi as I had no cash on me. All staff friendly. Beautiful pool. Amazing room. Nothing to fault.

Nothing to fault but how hot it was in abu dhabi.

The balcony ocean view is beautiful. The private beach is good.

The pool is nice, the shape (arc) is good to play and relax in the water, but professional swimmers have to do arc-shaped laps. The doors to the room and the balcony are heavy and need very strong push to open.

The hotel met my expectations all round and went over and beyond. Excellent staff all round. Could not praise them enough.

The door to the assessable room wasn’t automatic and two heavy to pull. At the moment I only have the use of one arm and using an electric wheel chair. It was ver difficult opening the door and operate the wheel chair st the same time was extremely hard

Great Hotel! Would Recommend. I needed expedited ironing service and it was back within 2 hours. I would recommend and return to this hotel.

There was the annual Fire evacuation drill for the hotel. The hotel is designed very fire safe, but the drill stopped all real world operation - i couldn't check out, almost miss my flight, while I was stuck with my 7 year old daughter on the balcony because the alarms were extremely efficient (loud) had to put noise cancelling headphones on her ears. Buona posizione se si vuole alloggiare in centro, Cibo molto buono e vario sia alla colazione sia nei ristoranti, ottima la SPA.

Camere vecchiotte, pulizia non eccellente, personale della zona piscina purtroppo indisponente (il resto del personale invece molto gentile), la spiaggia è larga forse 15 metri.

Het vriendelijke, behulpzame personeel en de prachtige kamer die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Ook de ligging was uitstekend. Verder veel eetmogelijkheden in het hotel!

It was perfect!

It was our second time at the Hyatt and as before, we get a pleasant experience. The room was very clean, still looked new and the view was even better than it was a few years back. Abu Dhabi really is beautiful and this hotel sits right opposite the Palace hotel. The executive lounge affords a perfect view and i'd definitely recommend paying the extra for the access.

We had a great time but not quite memorable this time for some reason. We didn't feel as valued during our stay - never mistreated and nobody was rude, i think the hotel just felt busy. There was 1 employee who greeted us during checkout (Sang i think?) who really made us feel special, offered us water etc and took our bags. That wasn't present during the rest of our stay

Nagyon kedves személyzet, mindenre odafigyelve. Kenyelmes, patyolat tisztaság mindenhol. Reggeli, vacsora kiváló, változatos. Fantasztikus kilátás a tengerpart felé.

A szoba teraszáról hiányzik a kiülésre alkalmas bútor. Főleg, hogy annyira gyönyörű a kilátás, amit érdemes lenne kiülve is csodálni.
