really modern, good air con, spacious and well kitted out. the roof terrace was also amazing and views some of the best on the island

the shower in the en-suite had a tendency to soak the floor in the room it there are 2 showers. also due to the location of the property being on top of a hill, it isn’t for the faint hearted walking with luggage up to it. the terrace was also really windy

Words cannot describe how amazing this villa was. I booked purely to have a week of relaxation, to re-energise before coming back to my crazy working lifestyle, and it was absolutely incredible. Quiet, beautiful views, amazing food company who deliver breakfast and dinner, and just a 10 minute walk to the square with shops and restuarants and bars.

It was not an issue for me but you should be aware the walk up to the apartment is pretty steep - if you have mobility issues or health conditions, you will have difficulty gaining access comfortably.

We booked for villa U, but on arrival we got upgraded to villa I for our honeymoon, which was very kind, unexpected and we were very grateful. Maria our host was extremely lovely and provided us everything we needed. We couldn't recommend this place more! We throughly enjoyed our stay here. 10/10! The villa was amazing- could not fault it! We also kindly got upgraded to the largest villa (L)which was amazing surprise when we got to the villas! Maria was also the best host! ❤️

The only downside which certainly would not put me off going again was that is wasn’t accessible by car and it was steep stairs which made getting suitcases up a little more difficult.

I loved the location the view and the staff. Athena was fantastic.

the walk to get to the property was a mini hike. It felt like a workout every time we came back to the room.

there were spiders and ants. it was up an extremely large hill that I had to carry my 40lb suitcase and back pack up myself. Hotel manager tried to help but there were two of us traveling with the same amount of weight and only one hotel manager. Hotel manager said they offer donkeys, yet she didn’t have them ready for us, and we asked for them for our check out and she still didn’t have the donkeys for us. She said she would send a man to help us with our stuff and he never showed up. Also, our hot tub ended up not working so she allowed us to go use the villas next door and it worked but the water wasn’t hot it was warm at best. Maybe these issues had to do with it being off season, but I wasn’t thrilled.

Everything, from Maria’s welcome, the property is very stylish with beautiful touches I loved at as we walked in. The jacuzzi was the best experience ever overlooking the sunset. Location was good, walking distance to a small village with shop and good option restaurants. It’s a 10 out of 10 Thanks for everything

The property is as beautiful as the pictures show. The rooms were very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable. The terrace upstairs had an amazing view of both the sunrise and sunset. Maria, the property manager, is incredibly friendly and has many incredible suggestions for the island.

Not a dislike, but an information that the property is located on a hill, so there is a bit of a steep climb to reach the entrance. But the beautiful views from the balcony make the climb worth it.

- not enough water to do a bath, we weren’t able to do it - weak power to cook on the vitro - no one warn us not to use solar cream on the jacuzzi. As a consequence, the water became green and our swimsuits fade to green…

place itself is very nice and provides all necessary appliances as well as great view over Santorini. they also organised us a paid transfer from villa to the port.

We took a taxi from the airport to the villa, relying on the google maps as no driver knew about this place. After arriving we called the property to say we are here and looking for more directions when we were said that we have to wait 30min until the host arrives. Soon we receive the call from host (which was not possible to reach from airport) and come to the point that we have arrived to the wrong place (following Google Maps directions). They arranged us a transfer to the right place and asked us to pay for it, which we refused to do as it was not our fault to come to wrong place and we did already pay once to the taxi driver. The host was arrogant, formal and not welcoming, she asked us to process the payment at the entrance doors before letting us in to the property. This is the unpolite experience we had for the first time while travelled around quite a lot. She showed us around the place only after completing processing Covid papers, while normally you expect it to be first thing when entering. They have a cooperation with a restaurant for ordering inhouse food, which we tried and it was a terrible looking and tasting food which we had to throw out. I wonder how can they even offer smth like this and if there is really someone who might like it (maybe if you eat at the restaurant they are better, but definitely not on ordering).

Beautiful views, great scenery and warm welcoming.

The Villa was marvellous and beyond expectations, there is everything you need, sunrise view, sunset view from the jacuzzi, AC, smarttv, music speaker, wonderful bathroom. Breakfast and meals were optionnal which was appreciated because we didn't always needed it and I guess decreased the final price of the stay (and the ones we took were really good). Cherry on top beers, soda and wine were offered. Would definitely recommend this place if you are not afraid of a little climb to access it !

Mrs Maria was amazing and very willing to help. The location is amazing Quiet with astonishing views Skip the crowded fira and book a villa at this excellent super clean location Wish i had the time to stay longer... But as promised we will be back in September

There was a slight smell of mold due to maybe humidity as the villa is an original cave house.

The room is very beautiful and the facilities are great with a really nice outdoor space with hot tub and great view of the island.

This place is quite difficult to get to even by taxi. The taxi can only get to the bottom of the hill and you have to climb about 100m to get to the top and with all the luggages it was really difficult and no one who is available to come and help.
