Loved the location and the size it was perfect spot for my bridal party to get ready. Great light for MUA and photographer and the shots from the roof top amazing

Cleanliness it was surface clean but a lot of things hadn’t been cleaned for awhile eg vents, walls, bed heads and roof top. maybe some things up the roof the make it more enjoyable. Also no toiletries in bottles provided hand been refilled which is ok but no space for you own except the floor.

Unit was spacious as there were 6 adults and 2 children.

The heated spa did not work at all - very disappointing. There was no complimentary soap in the showers, 1 spare toilet roll supplied, no laundry detergent. No broom to sweep floors. No beach towels supplied. No complimentary tea, coffee,, sugar in kitchen. Overall very disappointed considering the luxury status and the price paid. At least, it should be noted on website to say there is nothing at all supplied in the unit.

Fabulous location, beachfront and can see whales from the balcony. Enormous apartment with four bedrooms, perfect for two couples with children or family groups. Situated in a nice quiet resort with a nice pool and common areas. Booking agents were friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in need of some minor maintenance, some furniture is showing it’s age, it wasn’t particularly well equipped and be prepared to take everything you need (incl toilet paper, dishwashing powder etc). Overall it’s a beautiful apartment in a stunning location but just a few niggles took the shine off the place and it wasn’t quite to the standard one expects for the price.

The view was spectacular. The option for places to eat was great.

The property was great could do with a little bit of update furniture wise. One bathroom had dirt/hair swept up and left behind door. Where we had to pickup keys there was really no info or directions to get to property eg access to property etc.

The apartment is tired/run down. Stained rugs and carpets, mould on all curtains and window frames. Mould on outdoor furniture. Bunk beds were broken and quite a few kitchen cupboards were not latching either. The unit wasn’t very clean when we arrived so we cleaned when we arrived. We were unable to get the balconies very clean due to the limited cleaning equipment in the unit. For something that is meant to be ‘luxury’ this fell very short of the mark which was very disappointing

The view was amazing from the balconies, especially the rooftop and jacuzzi. The apartment was very spacious, offering some great little luxuries. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed having access to shops and cafes at Salt Village.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues - the toilet in main ensuite was constantly dripping & a few of the jets in the jacuzzi didnt work.

I enjoyed the beautiful view. The place is pretty quiet and peaceful.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom in the shower. This completely cancelled out all the beauty of the place and I believe it is unacceptable for this type of property to not maintain the cleaningness and keep the pest control up to date.
