Amazing location you feel like you are on another planet. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is built in the mountains. The buffet was very good. The views are amazing and you can get nice photos. There is also a mini hike which can be done for nicer views

Upon booking we were told there is a free star gazing activity however we were disappointed upon arrival when we were told that it was not happening on that day

The scenery & setting are spectacular, nothing like we've ever seen before. The luxury campsite was exactly that. Sleeping under the stars, what a wonderful experience.

From the start at check in Ahmed was amazing. We are family of 4 so the only option available to us was the executive tent, which is humongous and beautiful, but upgraded us to the panoramic tent, which also is such a big space and beautifully decorated. Amazing views and food! The restaurant was super beautiful too, what a beautiful camp, so worth it.

Aicha is the best place ever to offer you a wonderful and stunning experience. I definitly recommand this luxurios camp. My best experience and emotion ever..sleeping under the dome opened to the stars.. with the cliffs surrounding it's beautiful. i was so well and deeply hosted by all the staff and they were so professional but friendly with me as I was travelling alone. I won't forget their avability and their kindness. The bedroom called Panoramic was amazing with confort and was so cozy. A special mention for the breakfast and the diner as they propose a so various and delicious buffet.. I loved the food ans the ambiance of the place.. they cook food underground and was a wonderful experiment discussing with the chef. Wonderful time !!!

Be careful when you book. you have two options. If you want to sleep in the blue bubble you must book the "suite panoramic", if you want to sleep in the "suit tent "(less expensive) you select the Junior Suite . I love this one too as it was very confortable and beautiful too.

Krásný camp v poušti, neuvěřitelně krásné výhledy. Měli jsme bublinu s panoramatickým výhledem, opravdu WOOW. Kemp je celkem velký a je zde úplně plno, tak spousta lidí, což může někomu vadit. Ale v poušti lepší ubytování, než tohle, tady nenajdete. Jídlo v restauraci dobré a výběr velmi slušný. Večer se dělá venku oheň krásné posezení. Ve skále je udělané místo na vnitřní posezení, moc hezky zařízené. Mají tady vodní dýmky. Přes den jsme měli zařízený výlet na jeepu do pouště, doporučuji. V okolí můžete vyrazit kam chcete a nikoho nepotkáte jen stáda velbloudů a pokud neprojiždí jeepy, tak neuvěřitelné ticho.

Resort je již trošku opoužívaný a neudržují ho tak jak by si jistě tohle luxusní místo zasloužilo. Zaplatíte opravdu velmi vysokou cenu, tak očekáváte vše na 100%. Ubytování je už trošku opoužívané a koupelna už by se zasloužila trochu opravit, a divně to tam smrdělo. Restaurace něco jako jídelna, velký hluk. Plastové kelímky, ale chápu, je to v poušti. Měli jsme z ubytování dopředu nabídku na výlet, kde byla uvedená cena, na místě chtěli ale víc, to jsme odmítli. Muž na recepci se usmíval a pak nám dal cenu co byla dopředu oznámená. Asi to zkouší, nevím. V okolí kempu je dost odpadků.

Great set up and luxurious given you’re in the middle of the desert. Easy process to get to the camp. Cafe built into the rock was cool and the staff in there were lovely.

Lack of warmth/ ambience, they could do a much better job of building atmosphere eg. Entertainment like belly dancing in the evening. Felt very sterile in the dining room and despite a full camp the cafe was empty in the evening.

The camp is fascinating. Beautifully designed and positioned against the rocks in the corner of the desert, it’s hard to describe how amazing the place looks in reality, especially at night. The tent we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and well designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet included in the price of the stay had great variety and the quality of food was great. The bar/cafeteria area of the property was really well designed and offered good entertainment during the evenings.

The room was incredibly dusty and there was no hot water in the shower during the evenings. The tent could definitely do with a mini fridge.

The views were wondeful. The camp had all the amenities you really needed. They have some good extra activities you could sign up for The staff were helpful. The camel ride was good The camp is well spaced with good walkways and lighting. Everything was on time Cute cafe built into the rock Everything was pretty clean.

Big Issues: Food was really not good. It was a lot, but a lot of average to poor quality food. The tour guides were not eco-frienly, i saw them smoking cigarettes and then just throwing them in the sand. The sites were mostly clean except for the cigarette butts but there are also some plastic bottles and tissue littering, especially around the big sites. Lots of single use plastic bottles and straws being passed around on the campsite. Letting people refill bottles and paper or no straws would be much better for the environments. Emphasising no littering/waste is also a good idea. The desert is beautiful and it is also up to tourists to keep it clean. Small Issues: Water in shower did not get hot. We did the jeep tour and it was mostly ok. The lawrence of arabia spring is a lot of scrambling for not much of a reward tbh. A lot of the sights were a lot of effort for an okay pay out. They do not advise you about appropriate footware. Check out was a bit early (10am) given the remote location and how much it is per night. Bit pricey in the general sense... but you are also in a desert. Also... you just can't say "luxury" without white linens (bedding and especially towels)... even in the desert.

Le fait qu’on se sente « prisonniers «  de l’endroit : on nous a menacé de payer la navette pour retourner à notre voiture car nous ne faisions pas d’excursion avec l’hôtel ! En fait il faut faire les activités qu’ils proposent…

The restaurant is doing a great job. Dinner and breakfast are really good and have a lot to offer.

The staff was very unfriendly and sometimes even disrespectful to us. The tent (executive tent) was pretty run down and needs to get some renovation. Lunch in the Café was not a pleasure. Club Sandwich and Chicken Sandwich with to much cheap cheese und totaly greasy. The atmosphere in the restaurant dome was more like in a train station, cold and unpleasant. The music was annoying.... like elevator music mixed with German commercials (!!).

Tutto perfetto. Fate attenzione alle attrazioni da aggiungere . Hanno due pacchetti tour del deserto: da 60 Jod e da 100 Jod. Abbiamo effettuato quello da 100 Jod che ha compreso in più il tramonto. Vi consiglio di scegliere quello di 60 Jod poiché il tramonto è visionabile anche dalla struttura.

Uno dei campi più famosi della Giordania, immerso nel deserto e raggiungibile solo con 4x4 (diversamente ti portano loro avanti e indietro in 15 minuti). Colazione e cena molto buone e varie, tutte le bevande sono incluse nella prenotazione.

The location isn't too far from Wadi village. The view from the resort is great and there is a nice little hike/view point above the resort too. The panoramic pods are great to watch the stars at night or camels during the day.

We both got food poisening after the first meal.

Location is absolutely incredible and they layout of the camp fits perfectly with the landscape. The camp itself is insanely beautiful and the best way to see this for yourself is by climbing to the viewpoint next to the camp. Go here just before sunset and be amazed by the best view in the world (don't forget your flashlight for the way down!). There's wifi at the reception and in the huge dome. There's no refrigerator in the tent and I would advise to pack enough snacks and drinks for the stay. For a luxury camp I would expect the staff to be true professionals, but to my surprise this wasn't the case. Reception area should be changed into something that fits more with the luxury camp experience, since you're getting the vibes of a 1 star hotel in this particular part of the camp. Despite some negatives, this is the most incredible place I ever stayed at by a longshot.

Reception area looks poor and doesn't fit with the rest of the camp. They could probably add WiFi to all the tents and domes, since they already have internet in some areas of the camp. The activities are very overpriced and you will pay half the prices when you book a tour at the visitors center. The interior of the tents and domes is quite nicely done, but it does get very dusty in some places. They never seem to clean any of the decor styling.

Amazing room and views, they also have a cafe which is beautiful and inside a cave and a shuttle service that takes you to and from camp free of charge. The food was also exceptional and the staff were the kindest people I met in Jordan and really took care of us, so grateful for this experience

Memories Aicha camp is not as glamorous as photos on advertising or social media claim. Not even close. The cafe / bar was gorgeous & lived up to expectations. The buffet dinner & breakfast were fine. Not great. Not bad. The beds were comfortable but on casters, so slid on the floor. There was no fridge in the room & the toilet seat was too small for the bowl shape & moved around. Memories is in a great location, but it’s not luxury.

Our group had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was excellent, shout-out to Riyad especially as he made our night in the shisha bar memorable. He was very knowledgeable and quick to get us whatever we needed with a smile :). We would come back just to see him again!

This is not specific to Aicha but it was unsightly to see litter in the desert. We feel like this is something that should be prevented by the local population and cleaned up as it’s not good for the environment
