It was very smelly!
The plug in the sink didn’t work so you couldn’t fill the sink to wash up .
Only one set of towels for a week.

Location good for local facilities. Safe.
Apartment was not luxury as described. Bed was uncomfortable/ worst holiday Bed we've experienced. Kitchen cupboard doors not atall practical with no handles. Couldn't access washing machine detergent dispenser- very poor finished off Kitchen. Blanket in wardrobe of bedroom was badly in need of washing - unclean smell.

Very nice, very quiet residential complex for seniors in a good location with a small number of apartments for rent, a lot of owners living on vacation. Nice swimming pool for the residents. Nice balcony.

We were greeted by a lovely lady named Gulia who was extremely helpful. The apartment was immaculate, very modern and well facilitated. The property is in a excellent location, only a couple minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
Could do with air conditioning, although there was two fans provided, due to the heat of the room the fans just circulated the warm air.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, the grounds are kept exceptionally clean, lovely pool area to use although you do have to pay €2.50 for a sunlounger, nice cafe on site which is useful if you want to grab a quick drink or bite to eat. I’d most certainly recommend this property and we would stay here again!

Very good location. Property complex very well maintained..
Had to pay for sun beds by pool and no cushions for them. Couldn’t fault the apartment tho wasn’t clear that bedroom was on mezzanine so as friend was sleeping on sofa bed downstairs felt like in same room.

The accommodation is modern, clean and had two air portable conditioning units, one for upstairs and one down , plus useful toilet under stairs thus avoiding going upstairs as main bathroom off bedroom,
Parque Santiago 1 pool closed at 6.00. Not allowed to use after. Two days were cloudy but by 5 o’clock clouds cleared and would have been ideal to use pool early evening as temperatures still high/ still sunny. Walking around seeing other apartments where people still sunbathing/ swimming after 6 o’clock kept reminding us! Also 2.50 euro per day for a sunbed (parasol/ cushion extra!) Wouldn’t have minded if allowed to use after 6 but all stacked and locked away by pool attendant. Also NO inflatables or ball games in pool. Very strict. Even young girl with a ring was told off - not for children/ non swimmers. Agree to stop mass of large inflatables ... but one child’s ring?
