Located in the heart of Sierra Nevada, with excellent views of the ski resort, and only 20 meters from the ski lift, the Arttyco flats offer excellent accommodation for your stay in the most southern ski resort in Europe.

Apartment
The apartment is distributed in three bedrooms and a bathroom, all with exterior windows and mountain views. The first and largest room is the kitchen-living room has a large sofa, several chairs, dining table and television. The kitchen lacks detail: marble countertop, sink, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and high and low furniture needed to store all food and cooking utensils.
The bedrooms are for two and three people respectively. The first has a large double bed, the other two bunks for two people. Sendas rooms have large wardrobes and exterior windows.
The bathroom is fully equipped. Has toilet, bidet and bath with shower screen glass matted and everything needed for housing and useful bath towels. Above the door is fitted with a separate heater. Like the other bedrooms has a window to the outside.
The quality of all components of the property is excellent. All doors are perfectly finished to prevent drafts when closed. Like the windows, further they isolate the noise and the cold outside. The modern heating system installed in every room ensures optimal at all hours of the day temperature, so your stay will be even more enjoyable.
Certainly the apartment is ideal for an unforgettable vacation.

El apartamento está distribuido en tres habitaciones y un cuarto de baño, todas con ventanas al exterior y vistas a la sierra. La primera habitación y más grande es el salón-cocina, dispone de un gran sofá, varias sillas, mesa para comer y televisión. A la cocina no le falta detalle: encimera de mármol, fregadero, microondas, vitro-cerámica, nevera y los muebles altos y bajos necesarios para almacenar todos los alimentos y útiles de cocina.
Los dormitorios son para dos y tres personas respectivamente. El primero dispone de una gran cama de matrimonio, el otro una litera para dos personas. Sendas habitaciones disponen de amplios armarios empotrados y ventanas al exterior.
El cuarto de baño está completamente equipado. Dispone de lavabo, bidet, y bañera con mampara de cristal mateada y todo lo necesario para el alojamiento de toallas y útiles de baño. Sobre la puerta lleva instalado un calefactor independiente. Como el resto de habitaciones tiene una ventana al exterior.
La calidad de todos los componentes del inmueble es excelente. Todas las puertas estás perfectamente acabadas para evitar corrientes de aire cuando estén cerradas. Al igual que las ventanas, que además aíslan del ruido y el frío exterior. El moderno sistema de calefacción instalado en todas las habitaciones asegura una temperatura óptima a todas horas del día, así su estancia será aún más agradable.

We had a good stay in the apartment. it is more for 4 persons, although we did squeeze in 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one child in.
its really warm and cosy. double bed was comfy. other room has 1 set of bunk beds and a z bed in a small room.
good views on the mountain and we had coffee, and necessities in the apartment.
right next door to ski hire, & lift pass booth. lift to take you to the main lifts and pradollano square
Would stay again with maybe 4/5 rather than 6

First of all, I would like to say the owner is very accommodating and helpful and kept in touch by email throughout and returned the security deposit in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed in the property, it was smaller than I expected, I would say it was adequate but it was not a comfortable stay. The kitchen area is very small and not very well equipped if you want to cook every day. The apartment was extremely cold when we first arrived, and the first night we sat with blankets round us to keep warm! The TV is Spanish only channels, and my Spanish is not very good, so it would have been nice to have a DVD player or some other form of entertainment - no books or games supplied. The double bed in the main bedroom is a small double bed, and due to lack of space one person has to climb over the bed to get into it! It was very convenient to have the ski lift right outside the apartment block. This block is more suitable for young people, as we found it very noisy at night, I was woken several times by people coming back in the small hours of the morning, as late as 3.30am, talking very loudly, laughing and generally being very inconsiderate, we complained twice to two different apartments, one next door and one upstairs. I am not sure what the smoking rules are in Spain, but it was obvious that people smoke in the building which could plainly be smelt. The hot water tank is quite small and didn't supply enough hot water for the 3 of us in the morning. The apartment looks a bit tired and could do with some new dining furniture and sofas. We didn't use the pool, but had a quick look and it looked very nice and a very reasonable price.
