Casa unifamiliar con terraza privada y magnificas vistas al río Guadalquivir. Situada en la pintoresca calle Betis de Triana. Otras vistas dan al puente de Triana, la plaza de toros La Maestranza, la Torre del Oro y la Giralda.
La casa tiene 190 m² distribuidos en tres plantas. Hay 2 dormitorios dobles y 1 dormitorio individual para un total de 5 personas. Un sofá en la planta baja se convierte en una cama individual, aumentando la capacidad para dormir hasta 6 personas. Hay 3 baños completos y un aseo.
En la restauración de la casa se ha prestado un cuidado especial a la preservación de la arquitectura original: puertas de madera tallada, vidrieras emplomadas, techos con vigas de madera, forja, muro interior de ladrillo visto (siglo XVII) y cerámica pintada a mano. Su cuidada decoración interior, propicia un ambiente acogedor y relajante que nos traslada a la Sevilla barroca.
Planta baja: salón-comedor con sofá, dos sillones y una mesa con seis sillas. Junto al comedor, una gran ventana ofrece vistas directas al río. La cocina forma parte del salón y está perfectamente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales. Con horno, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora.
Hay un aseo disponible, en la planta baja.
Primera planta: dormitorio 1 con cama de matrimonio, armario y cuarto de baño con ducha. Dormitorio 2 con cama individual. Ambas habitaciones tienen balcones con vistas al río.
Hay un segundo cuarto de baño con ducha, en el pasillo de la primera planta.
Segunda planta: Una suite independiente que incluye el dormitorio 3 con dos camas individuales, armario y cuarto de baño con ducha.
Al lado de la terraza, se encuentra una segunda cocina totalmente equipada. Una opción muy útil para preparar una comida al aire libre con el río Guadalquivir como telón de fondo. La terraza está está equipada con mesa, sillas de exterior y toldo.

The property is in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed the views and all the restaurants, cafes and city attractions that were very walkable. For those seeking a quiet stay, unfortunately the riverfront was a bit noisy throughout the weekend - however the Spain soccer final was held in the city and the celebrations were quite lively! It was clean and comfortable, we could have used more towels for the bathrooms. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

The apartment is lovely with the old world charm of Spain. The first two floors are well decorated and cozy. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floors are some of the best in the city. The bathrooms are nice and the showers are great. The location is perfect! It is close to everything. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.There were a few things that you may want to know when you go. We stayed here for over 2 weeks. The check in process was great and the Veo apartment rep, Jaoa was very friendly. After settling in we realized that we had no toilet paper, the apartment could be cleaner and that we were allowed one towel per person for the week. There are 2 washers and a dryer in the apartment, so I did wash towels every other day, but that was not something I expected so I hope this helps someone else. Also after receiving 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and being told we needed to ask for housecleaning after a week, we were told we would have to purchase more toilet paper. It is not a big deal, but was listed as an amenity and it didn’t seem like too much to ask since e we were staying more than two weeks. The veo team is always friendly and responded quickly. However, as a person with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I was surprised by these two things. Everything about the apartment made it worthwhile and we had a great trips. I would go back again tomorrow if I could. I would encourage anyone to stay in this lively place.

We loved our Vrbo rental in Sevilla! It was exactly the kind of home we wanted to rent, rustic, roomy, filled with character, and with a terrace overlooking the river. Ismael was extremely accommodating, giving us recommendations for sites in the city. We took the bedroom on the highest level to sleep in, as there was a lot of city life happening at all hours, and that was the ticket! If you sleep on the second level, I imagine there will be a certain amount of night noise, but that is to be expected. It's Spain, after all!
Sevilla is a beautiful city and I would highly recommend this house!

Our family of five adults stayed at this property for eight days, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. During our stay, there was no proactive communication from the property managers to check how we were finding the place or to ask if we needed assistance. On the day of our departure, I had to reach out to inquire about where to leave the keys—something that could have been communicated earlier.I noticed only two small rolls of toilet paper per bathroom were provided, which was clearly insufficient for five adults over eight days. I raised this concern with the person who handed us the keys, but his response was dismissive, suggesting we could buy more --it wasn’t expensive. This left a poor first impression, as basic supplies like toilet paper should be adequately provided.Additionally, there were no paper towels for the kitchen, and the number of cups provided was insufficient for five people. We also encountered multiple issues with the appliances. The dryer was not working properly, and the property managers were aware upon our arrival that the dishwasher was not functional but failed to address it proactively while we were there. Other issues added to our dissatisfaction. The mattress was overdue for replacement and did not provide comfortable sleep. The moka coffee maker, which we had hoped to use, was not functioning. Overall, the property gave the impression of needing more attention to cleanliness, maintenance.
