Just a great place to stay! unit 106 was comfortable, clean, easy access to the beach and pool. Oddly, we liked the parking - available spaces, wide spaces so that it didn't feel cramped.A good place on Longboat Key to beeasy check-in and check-out. Office manager was friendly and helpful with anything we needed.we've already recommended to others.

Nice walk to beach! Great view!
Beds were comfy. The only thing I would say it was thick, thick dust on the doorframe between the ceiling and the door frame going into the laundry room. Other than that, I think it was kept well and looked as nice as it did in the pictures. Well located. And just a couple steps from the beach
We would definitely rent this next year. We come down first week in August every year.

Great place to stay on Longboat Key! This unit has easy access to the beach. Customer service from the office was excellent! It was great to have lounge chairs on the beach and the office gave us an extra umbrella to use. All complimentary!

Words cannot describe our experience at Sand Cay. If you are going to stay in Longboat Key this is the place. Booking was easy. Check in was a breeze and the office staff couldn't be friendlier. They have thought of everything. The condo itself was beautiful. So much space. Very clean. Steps from a beautiful beach.

We had a girls getaway here and the place was perfect for our group of older ladies. The beach was wonderful. The pool was in great condition. There were friendly people staying there and no big party crowds.

Sand Cay provided a MUCH needed time of rest and relaxation for us. As for everyone, 2020 was very long and difficult for many reasons and we couldn't have picked a better place to be!!! We'll be back!!

Spacious rooms, very nice furnishings , with extras like chargers by the bed, and double beds in 2d bdrm. Being on first floor is the best in our opinion. We loved walking right out to the beach every day and not having to pack up a ton of bags and sit in traffic. The beach was very private, perfect for our little family and our 1 year old daughter. The condo was beautiful and the pool and club house were very nice. Highly recommend!
