Precioso y amplio apartamento de 2 dormitorios tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes. Con acceso a la piscina, Wi-Fi, aparcamiento y dos balcones con vistas a la bahía, cerca de Cavtat con la ciudad vieja de Dubrovnik a corta distancia, este apartamento es ideal para una familia o 2 parejas que viajan juntos.
Este apartamento de 2 dormitorios es una parte de un edificio nuevo con piscina rodeada de zonas verdes con hamacas para descansar. El apartamento está situado en el primer piso y se extiende hasta 105 m2. Incluye dos habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con cuarto de baño con ducha y balcón con vistas al mar, y un segundo dormitorio doble con un área de almacenamiento. También tiene un cuarto de baño con lavadora, una cocina amplia y totalmente equipada, parcialmente separada de la sala de estar. El salón tiene puertas correderas a la terraza con vistas al mar para disfrutar de las hermosas noches mediterráneas. El balcón está adicionalmente equipado con una nueva gran mesa de comedor y sillas adecuadas para 6 personas. El alojamiento es adecuado para cuatro personas, pero puede aceptar hasta seis personas ya que hemos agregado una litera extra en el área de almacenamiento unida en el dormitorio principal; ideal para 2 niños o 1 adulto. El apartamento está equipado con todas las comodidades, es decir, TV con reproductor de DVD (canales de Croacia), Google Chromecast, lavadora, 3 unidades de aire de aire y WiFi gratuito. Cuna y silla alta también está disponible. Hay un amplio aparcamiento en frente del edificio.
El apartamento es de unos 900 metros es fácil caminar por la orilla del centro de Cavtat y unos 500 metros de distancia de bar más cercano y restaurante. Este apartamento es una gran elección para una familia, grupo de amigos o 2 parejas que buscan un refugio.

This spacious apartment was perfect for us. We were a party of 5 so the extra bunk room meant our teenage daughters could bring a friend. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies meant there was space for everyone. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. We appreciated the beach equipment, guide books etc that were left for our use. There is a supermarket nearby so it’s easy to eat and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment is situated a little way out of town up a steep hill, but this was not a problem for us, it also means the views and sunsets are fab! The pool area was lovely and most of the time we had this to ourselves. Ida was a fantastic host, she greeted us on arrival and arranged our airport transfers which were seamless. Overall we loved our stay in beautiful Cavtat and hope to return.

We arrived very late due to Gatwick losing our luggage and general chaos at Gatwick. Ida had arranged a taxi to pick us up and was waiting at the property to go through the apartment, tell us about the area etc.. The apartment was very clean and has beautiful views across the bay.
It is a fair walk from the main restaurants, but quite walkable. The boat trips to Dubrovnik were enjoyable.
all in all and wonderful holiday and Ida could not do enough for us.
we all had a great time - Gatwick delays and lost luggage taken into consideration!!

Wonderful stay
We arrived very late due to Gatwick losing our luggage and general chaos at Gatwick. Ida had arranged a taxi to pick us up and was waiting at the property to go through the apartment, tell us about the area etc.. The apartment was very clean and has beautiful views across the bay.
It is a fair walk from the main restaurants, but quite walkable. The boat trips to Dubrovnik were enjoyable.
all in all and wonderful holiday and Ida could not do enough for us.
we all had a great time - Gatwick delays and lost luggage taken into consideration!!

Booking process very easy and pick up arranged from airport. Ida welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on the area. Supermarket is quite close by but is up a very steep hill and across a busy road. Nearest restaurants and bars are at least 1km away downhill. Pleasant walk in daylight but we chose to get a taxi back in the evening to avoid the uphill walk in the dark. Pool area ok, would definitely need more sun beds in high season especially as other people removed some to place on their own patios. Apartment clean and spacious but doubt I would stay here again- I would prefer to stay closer to the centre of Cavtat.

The apartment is nice and large but a bit tired. It has a well equipt kitchen and lounge. The beds are large and very comfortable. The balconies offer a good view of the bay. It is a good walk into town so not suitable for some but we enjoyed the walk. The pool is nice but there may not be enough loungers if the apartments are full.
The patio door in the back bedroom does not lock and there is also a window that does not shut and lock. Two lamps in the bedrooms were not working and the en-suite light was not working. The en-suite toilet was dirty and the hand wash container is broken.
We did have a lovely time.

Stayed here in Cavtat rather than Dubrovnik and it was a good choice. The apartment is fabulous with lots of extras. Drinks and dinner on the balcony watching the setting sun was wonderful. Good size pool and nice walk into town. Boat trip to Dubrovnik takes about 45 mins and is a good way to travel.

Stayed here in Cavtat rather than Dubrovnik and it was a good choice. The apartment is fabulous with lots of extras. Drinks and dinner on the balcony watching the setting sun was wonderful. Good size pool and nice walk into town. Boat trip to Dubrovnik takes about 45 mins and is a good way to travel.

We had a great stay in Cavtat. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.
Ida, our host, was most helpful in advising us on local activities and attractions. The apartment is a 20 minute walk to the lovely harbour. There are also taxis available for the uphill return journey for only 60-70 kuna, especially after spending the evening in town.There are many good restaurants in Cavtat and Dubrovnik airport is only 10 minutes drive. We also drove to Montenegro ( as suggested by Ida) and were glad we had done so. Arriving in Dubrovnik old town by ferry from Cavtat is also a lovely experience.
The pool was well used by our family.
I would definitely recommend a stay here. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The listing and photographs were very accurate.
