Nuestro moderno y lujoso apartamento de tres dormitorios está ubicado en el corazón del área del puerto deportivo de Estepona y al lado de las playas de arena con clasificación de Bandera Azul. El apartamento está oficialmente registrado ante las autoridades andaluzas y cumple con todos los estándares requeridos - Número de referencia oficial VFT / MA / 02495
Nuestro día de cambio estándar es el sábado, pero pregunte si desea días de cambio alternativos y haremos todo lo posible para complacerlo.
Ubicado en la "primera línea", nuestro apartamento se encuentra en el borde del área del "Puerto" de Estepona, con espectaculares playas de "Bandera azul" por un lado y por el otro, el ajetreo y el bullicio de la Marina de Estepona con su amplia selección de restaurantes y bares.
Nuestro apartamento amplio con aire acondicionado tiene una gran terraza con vistas panorámicas al mar y puerto deportivo, con el segundo y tercer dormitorios con vistas a la piscina. Es muy relajante para sentarse en la terraza y ver el mundo pasar, viendo los barcos de pesca que entran y salen y ver los grandes barcos que se levantaron dentro y fuera del agua en el muelle opuesto.
Hemos instalado ultra-rápido de banda ancha de fibra de Movistar y WiFi en el apartamento, que es ilimitado y gratuito para su uso durante su estancia. Esto significa que puede usar todas sus tabletas, teléfonos inteligentes, computadoras portátiles y cualquier otro dispositivo de Internet con una velocidad excelente y sin límites de uso.
Hemos instalado una nueva cocina equipada con encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, incluyendo la inducción vitrocerámica, horno, nevera / congelador, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora Hace poco más de un año.
Estepona, con su auténtico ambiente español, es un destino turístico muy popular situado al oeste de Marbella y es un fácil 50 minutos en coche por la autopista del aeropuerto de Málaga con frecuentes vuelos diarios desde la mayoría de aeropuertos del Reino Unido.
El aeropuerto de Gibraltar es realmente visible desde el apartamento y es fácil llegar a lo largo de la nueva carretera de la costa.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama extra grande, con dos camas individuales en el segundo y tercer dormitorios adecuados para un máximo de 6 personas. Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes armarios y una buena selección de perchas.
Hay dos baños de lujo completamente embaldosados con bañera y ducha, lavabo, inodoro y bidet, uno en suite para el dormitorio principal y el otro separado.

El apartamento es una limpieza profesional entre los alquileres y mantenida por un agente local (habla Inglés), que está en la mano en el improbable caso de que surja un problema durante su estancia.
Una plaza de garaje seguro asignado está disponible para aparcar el coche y no hay acceso directo en ascensor al apartamento desde el garaje. Esto es muy útil para el transporte de equipaje y compras hasta el apartamento desde el coche.

As regular visitors to the Estepona area we were delighted to find this lovely apartment right on the edge of the port, with everything we needed within a few minutes walk.
The apartment was beautifully furnished and was equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Six of us stayed, and there was more than enough room for all of us.
Check in at Melrose was quick and easy with an English speaking contact who was friendly and helpful.
Sandra, the owner was easy to contact and her onsite information was very detailed and helpful!
Having a garage space was an added bonus as parking in Estepona isn’t always easy.
The pool area was clean and usually quiet, perfect for children too.
When we stayed there weren’t any loungers, however this wasn’t a problem.
I would definitely recommend this apartment based on its location, cleanliness and customer satisfaction alone.

Fantastic family holiday day
We recently stayed in Sandra's apartment in Estepona and we agree with all the previous reviews. This apartment is fantastically equipped with lots of thoughtful touches including items you can borrow to use at the pool and on the beach. The apartment is located in a brilliant location in easy walking distance to the marina with lots of good restaurants, two markets, the beach and the promenade which is packed full of things to do for adults, and children. We have a toddler and a teenager and there was something for everyone. The showers in the apartment were excellent as was the comfort of the beds and the variety of channels on the television as well as excellent wifi. The apartment had plenty of space for everyone to relax and the balcony over looking the marina was perfect to sunbathe on. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff where we collected the keys from were really helpful in providing local information. We would definitely recommend this apartment and its location. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

First Class apartment & location
Five stars are not enough! This beautiful apartment certainly lived up to previous reviews. Our first impressions were “WOW”. So spacious and beautifully furnished, everything we had hoped for and more. Nothing overlooked except the beautiful Marina. The location was ideal, everything within walking distance - we’re all in our 60s! Lovely restaurants, beach and the delightful Old Town. Sandra was so helpful throughout the booking process and was available to answer any queries we had. Thankfully, her instructions were so good, we didn’t need to trouble her. Fabulously positioned apartment, clean and fully equipped.
My wife and I stayed with our son, his wife and 2 children. Fantastic, spacious apartment with big balcony with beautiful views of port, marina and the sea. The apartment was clean and tidy and fully equipped. Beds very comfortable. Underground parking a bonus. This is our third visit to Estepona. First time in this apartment, but we are sure to return. We all enjoyed a first class holiday...

Absolutely excellent - a true home from home
This is the best private property I've ever hired in 20 years of renting places (many good and many bad). Sandra has done a superb job of kitting this lovely, large apartment out with all Mod-Cons and providing many luxurious elements to the property. Excellent location within 50 metres' walk of Marina, only 5 mins to the beach, plus with a good pool accessed only by residents. Super views over the sea and Marina and a large balcony with space for everyone.
I highly recommend this property - especially if you have young children and need a very well-equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms, and huge lounge with UK TV (Netflix, Smart channels) and super-fast WiFi, plus loads of great beach equipment also provided, family games, parasols, deck chairs etc!

Estepona is a lovely place to stay and can not recommend the apartment enough. The pool is quite small but not an issue as we were the only people in it though it was rather cool until your body got used to it .We are already planning on when we can return next year. Tip: visit the cork shop in the town if you like original handbags 👜

The apartment is spacious beautifully furnished with all the fixtures and fitting for comfort
This was our first visit to Esepona on arrival the keys have to be collected from the letting agent "Melrose Properties "they are situated in the marina complex just a few minuets walk away ,the ladies there are really helpful for general information about the resort. The apartment itself is really nice and comfortable , well equipped kitchen for all your needs for preparing meals, comfortable beds make for a good nights sleep, the balcony is spacious and has views looking over the marina and fishing port. We would highly recommend this property for a holiday here.
The marina area of Etepona is excellent for bars /restaurants with so many you are spoilt for choice, if Tapas are your thing you must try Bar Halloman they have the best we have ever tasted and the choice is huge. The old town is worth the 15/20 minuets easy walk along the flat and wide promenade, there are some lovely flower bedecked streets
and excellent restaurants .
Would we go again yes we would.

STUNNING APARTMENT
This place has it all & a lot more. We were all blown away by how clean the apartment was. Plenty of space to store clothes etc. which was handy as we had travelled to attend a wedding so we were all carrying more luggage than usual.. The beds were very comfortable and the linen spotless. There was always enough hot water for the 5 adults to shower although you do have to remember to turn the tank on as it does take a while to heat up (our mistake). The views of the port from the balcony are lovely. I really enjoyed my first coffee of the morning watching the fishing boats returning to port. We had 2 cars. The largest easily fitted in the underground car park. The 2nd car we could always find free parking for a short walk. The whole port area is kept spotlessly clean and there are enough restaurants and bars to keep everyone happy. Try La Escollera (a 2 min walk). An amazing lively fish restaurant. The local supermarket stocked just about everything we needed. Estepona made a great base for us to explore the area. I would definitely recommend the area and more importantly the apartment. It ticked all the boxes and helped to make a special holiday even better. Thank you Sandra it was amazing.

Great Holiday
The apartment in Estepona could not have been located any better, it has great views to the marina and sea beyond - meaning once our hire car was locked away in the garage, we could walk everywhere we wanted to day or night.
The weather was great, which was made even better by the bad weather back in the UK!
All in all you couldn't ask for a better located apartment

Wonderful apartment
The apartment was wonderful. Spacious, spotless and super. Brilliantly equipped - everything you could think of, and a great location! Having a specific parking space was a bonus when we hired a car for a couple of days. Balcony had enough sun during the day, and a great view of the marina and lighthouse. Was fascinating to sit and watch the boats and fishermen coming and going. All in all a wonderful apartment, great location and brilliant service from Sandra. Thank you.

Estepona El Faro rental; March 2018
My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO/Home Away rentals in several countries and we can confidently say that the El Faro 3-bedroom apartment was one of the best - if not the best - that we have ever rented. The apartment had everything that had been promised, at the quality level that had been explained (marble floors, new sofa furniture, upgraded kitchen ware etc). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking all the activity at the Puerto Deportivo. The proximity to all the restaurants at the marina was much appreciated. And we enjoyed the daily the walk along the "boulevard" parallel to the beach - an hour or so, there and back. It was only about a 20 minute walk to the old town of Estepona which truly justifies its description as "preciosa". You can spend hours just wandering through the delightful streets of the old town. We were fortunate enough to spend "Semana Santa" in Estepona and experience several of the processions, including the one of Easter Sunday itself. In summary; we can totally recommend the El Faro apartment. Steve and Helen Ferley

the apartment is very well situated overlooking the marina and within walking distance from estepona town. The bedrooms are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The showers are extremely good.

a lovely,clean,spacious apartment with every facility you require.the power showers are excellent.the large balcony is ideal to relax on and it receives the sun all day.its situation is ideal with the many restaurants and bars of the marina on your doorstep and the town of estepona just a 5/10 minute stroll away.sandra was very helpful and i would highly recommend this apartment

Fantastic apartment
6 of us have just returned from El faro and what a fantastic apartment. It is a large apartment and spotlessly clean. It was so quiet and no noise heard from anywhere and a very cool apartment too even when there was no air conditioning on . Brilliant power showers in both bathrooms. There was a life guard always around the pool. In a perfect location being 2 mins walk from the many restaurants and bars in the marina and a lovely 10/15 mins walk into the old town and all the restauarants . There are 2 beaches La Rada that is a 5 mins walk from the apartment, with sun beds and chirunghito and if you were there for 12 you would always get a sun bed ( bear in mind we were there at the busiest time possible ) and another beach 15 mins walk away .The beauty of the location is that everything is walkable. We used the bus which stops behind the apartment that can take you for a day trip down the coast to Puerto Banus. Sandra was really helpful and prompt with all her answers to my questions. My sister in law stayed in El faro too, there were 4 of them and they were next door to us which was perfect. A fabulous holiday, thank you Sandra.

Beautiful apartment in fabulous location
Spotlessly clean apartment, 3 good sized bedrooms. Was lovely to watch the fishing boats come in with their haul every morning whilst having a coffee on the balcony. Location perfect with choice of 2 beaches within walking distance and spoilt for choice for restautants around the port and in town. we hired a car and the underground carpark at the apartment was brilliant. We visited Gibraltar, Mijas, Torremolinos aquapark, and Peurto Banus - all within an hour from the apartment. Definitely recommend this apartment and Sandra was great to deal with. Even emailing us to check we had arrived ok and that everything was in order. Thank you!

Brilliant apartment for a family holiday
We stayed here with our 2 young sons (aged 3 and 8 months) and had such a lovely time. Would highly recommend both the apartment and the area, especially for families.
The apartment has a beautiful view over the marina. We had all our meals out on the large balcony but there is also a dining room table in the lounge area should you need it. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a washing machine and dishwasher which were both very handy. We didn't actually watch tv but there is a huge one in the lounge and also one in the master bedroom.
The pool isn't heated but was a 'lovely once you're in' kind of temperature in July and I guess it warms up more over August. The kids absolutely loved it. There aren't any sunloungers but people just take chairs down from their apartments.
You are also a minute's walk away from the beach which has a long promenade with play parks, bouncy castles, trampolines, chiringuitos etc. Was perfect for us as there was just so much to entertain the kids.
Towards the end of the promenade and across the road is the old town with loads of shops and great restaurants. The kids switched to Spanish time really easily and all the restaurants cater really well for kids. All the restaurant staff made such an effort with them, in fact Spanish people were very kid friendly wherever we were (even at Malaga airport where the security guy held our baby so we could get all our bags on the belt!).
Overall a lovely apartment in a great area. We will definitely come back!

Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location. Can't wait to return!
We absolutely loved our week long stay here. The apartment is beautiful and just as described. Spacious, well furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The balcony is wonderful for whiling away the hours watching the world go by, and the secure garage parking was a massive bonus. Comfy beds, sofas and balcony chairs, lovely powerful showers, and a huge TV with several British channels if you're missing a little home.
The location couldn't be beaten. Far enough out of the centre to be peaceful, but only a 15 minute stroll into the heart of old town Estepona, which is just wonderful. Narrow white streets adorned with masses of flowers, so many cafes and bars, and wonderful shops to explore. The gorgeous clean sandy beach is right across the road. There is also a supermarket about a 2 minute stroll away, which was really handy for stocking up with food and essentials.
If you have a car, it's also a short road trip to Ronda (highly recommend visiting here, it is stunning), Marbella and Puerto Banus, among other places. However, Estepona was still our favourite place to be and we really can't wait to return here.
