Dirty room / dirty sheets / dirty bed There is no room service you have to request it the lady kept asking for money for providing toilet paper / bad receptionist, especially the old lady / bad smell in the room. Even though I'm on the fourth floor, the smell of tandoori from downstairs I can smell/ most of the staff they don't speak or understand English/ their laundry service are the worst 😑 clothes still dirty even after washing they destroyed my jacket It's really one of the worst hotel I have seen in my life

Agshin, the manager was great. He was helpful with suggestions and went out of his way to assist with travel arrangements.

For this amount of money it is a great location to stay. not in the center of the city, but also not so far. the cost of the taxi is nothing

To be honest, everything was okay. the breakfast could be a bit more continental for me, maybe others like it more.

Hotel staff and hotel manager was helpful, friendly and provided an excellent service throughout our stay. Room was clean and well equipped. We ordered airport transfer which was perfectly managed for our group. There is a non stop shop opposite to the hotel.

Only one minor thing for breakfast, the selection of sliced ham could be wider. Everything else was nice.

I was staying in this hotel for a week and I’m really happy with it. My room was spacious and clean. Staff in the hotel was always friendly and helpful. The location is also great, there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes around, and it’s easy to reach the major attractions by the cab. So I would highly recommend this place!

A bit old furniture and had a WiFi problem.

have been staying for a week time on my annual vacation, i have been given upgraded room, got a special complementary fruit salad dish on our arrival. rooms were neat & tidy, we have been pick up and drop by hotel luxury car. hotel room were on a great location accessible to every thing. room service were prompt & by demand you can order food & beverages by hotel restaurant, has a pub inside also. highly recommended to everyone.

I liked warm welcoming

I had very bad experience with room service waiter who after placing my order on the table asked if we could do selfie with him I said yes just for him to leave as soon as possible after he already was expending chit chat way much then he should and after that he hugged me by force and started kissing my chick and was aggressively holding me demanding foward kisses when I pushed him away he started apologising and left room. I had spent rest of the night in fear that something might happened to me. I was to afraid to place an complain in hotel management and I left this place as soonest as I could. Besides that room was not exactly clean and room description was not exactly like on the site. I hope no body else will need to get thru something like that I just hope I could remember his name to deal with this situation straight but all I can say he was young from face appearance , shortly cutted hair. please let me know what further steps will be taken
