This is a place that feels like home away from home and it is evident that a lot of thought has gone into making visitors feel as comfortable as possible. It's a true gem and we would stay here again next time as well as recommend it to anybody we know.

Extremely helpful host. Parking garage well worth paying extra for. Host met us by the parking garage, allowed early check in and late departure. Easy to contact host throughout whole stay and her suggestions for activities were great. Apartment well situated. Road a bit noisy, but bedrooms are tucked away in back part of apartment.

Great location to see Bilbao on foot or by public transport. Tram stop very close. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed this staying. The apartment was the highlight of our vacation: beautifully organized, despite being relatively small. It was a pleasure to meet Tamara: impossible to be more pleasant and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The apartment is few minute's walk from the "Casco viejo" (the old town) and about 15-20min from the Guggenheim. Very comfortable overall. And the tram stops 100m from the apartment.

Everything! Great location, all in walking distance, very helpful owner, the place is very clean and has spirit of town and history! Recommend!
