Only stayed for one night due to an early flight the following morning. Hotel is modern, on site bar is a plus, staff was polite and professional, room was spotlessly clean.

I wouldn't probably stay again in Arenal, it's quite a busy commercial area full of bars and restaurants but in 30 minutes you can get to Palma city centre by bus and it's 10 minutes drive to the airport and 5 to the aquarium.

Good value and convenient. The young man on reception was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

A lot of water on the bathroom floor after a shower, which causes a bad smell in the room and requires airing the room even if the temperature outside is very high. I believe this is related only to our room, that it is not the case in the whole hotel.

Was clean

Facilities were not as described. Air condition did not work, was a scam! Tons of people staying there during my night experienced a breakdown of air conditioning. Which to all of us it did not seemed like a coincidence. And it was obvious these rooms has got a broke air conditioning for a long time already, they refuse to do anything to improve the situation. A simple fan was also rejected by the staffs. They should simply remove the air conditioned facility in their description if there were broken ones, and not continue to scam more travellers to come. I believe 34 degrees in the day, 28 degrees at night in Mallorca without air conditioning and fan, is a disaster. Think twice!

Clever key system. Breakfast was pretty good and staff were quite friendly

Beds were very hard and only a top sheet was provided, uncomfortable pillows and only one available each bed. The night shift check-in staff is actually just the security guard who tried really hard but did not speak any English at all. The shower was not very good and the bathroom door did not shut properly/ allow much privacy.

The hotel was very nice and better than expected for the price.

I paid for breakfast as I thought it would start at 6 AM which is when hotels normally start breakfast, but it does not start until 8 AM and the front desk told me that they would make a sandwich for me to go instead however, the sandwich literally included a baguette and cheese, and absolutely nothing else, this is definitely not worth the breakfast price and I think I should be refunded the price of the breakfast because I was unable to take advantage of the service and what they gave me was not sufficient for the price.
