The apartment was fantastic – it's clean, incredibly modern, and well designed to offer everything you could possibly need for a city break. It's in a great location for lots of little restaurants and bars along Avenida de Gaudí and Sagrada Familia. The rooftop terrace was a bonus too.

Modern design, excellent bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable gathering area. Excellent location as less than 10 minute walk to La Sagrada and many restaurants nearby.

Only recommendation would be to install hooks to hang toiletry bag.

Wonderful stylish apartments close to sagrada familia . Loved the design touches in the interior. Special tip for tourists with rental cars : there is free parking available within a 10 minute walk . Check parkopedia. Paid parking is within a 5 minute walk.

There was some confusion about passports, however this was very quickly solved with just 1 phone call. So hardly call this a negative …

Our stay at the Aspasios Sagrada Familia apartment was excellent. Clear, simple check-in process to get into the apartment building and them get our key cards from the key safe. On arrival the apartment was spotless. The apartment decor and comfort was excellent. Modern decor yet with original features like the original balcony doors and shutters, and attractive floor tiles. A lovely balcony overlooking the central courtyard, with a view to the Sagrada Familia itself. The apartment did actually look exactly like the booking.com photos. How refreshing and how unusual! Comfortable beds and sofa. Good dining table and chairs. Excellent bathroom, extremely clean and no wear and tear or mould. Plentiful hot water, didn't run out. Well-equipped kitchen with what you need for basic self-catering. Decent coffee machine with 6 pods provided. I emailed and asked for extra coffee pods and they were replenished that day. Quiet apartment, and also very dark at night enabling sound sleep. A little sound from footsteps and loo flushing above but not problematic, just what you get in a flat. I am sensitive to noise and this did not disturb me at all. Easy access from Sagrada Familia metro line. Lots of great cafés and restaurants in the surrounding streets. Not too expensive as a little out of the main tourist centre, although still definitely central enough and good to access the main parts of the city that most people want to visit. Easy to get to from Barcelona airport via the airport shuttle bus then metro. Felt very safe in the surrounding streets. Happy to let me two teens wander about on their own without worrying about them. A good price for the level of comfort, charm, equipment and the excellent location. I would fully recommend this accommodation and I would love to come back.

That it was cleaned, kitchen cleaning items were new, spaciousness, lots of light, washing machine, dryer, dish washing machine, location, generally apartment’s equipment, apartment’s style.

White walls which were very dirty and unpleasant and the fact that air-condition didn’t work well in the furthest bedroom - it was cold everywhere but warm there.

pros: central aircon; felt like new; comfortable beds; washer and dryer; modern elevator; good location.

cons: narrow space; dusty; dirty floor.

Great location for touring the city, close to metro lines 2, 4, 5 and lots of busses. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and functional (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer). Lots of restaurants & shops nearby.

Numerous things! Price was too high especially based on our stay experience. The air conditioning was not working properly. Two bedrooms were very hot to sleep in. Noise from upper apartment was ridiculous, all night long. People were screaming all night. Apartment did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Mold in one shower and non-functioning fan. I emailed property multiple times about issues, but nothing was done. Error message on dryer, so couldn’t be used. Fridge door was detached from cabinet so hard to open. Rooms had not been swept. Sliding bathroom door handle came off, as well as toilet seat was broken. Bedding needs replaced. Stains on pillows and sheets.

Clean and modern apartment. Close to Gaudi attractions. Nice view of the top of Sagrada Familia from the deck. Air conditioning worked well.

Could have used some coffee supplies, water bottles, additional laundry supplies - kitchen was completely bare of any amenities other than dishes. The beds were a bit stiff. Neighbors were noisy. Dryer wouldn't work.

The property was spotless. Everything felt very new- the kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. The check in instructions were clear and easy. The location was great - very close to Familia Sagrada- a bus stop right outside the apartment and the metro a short walk away. Highly recommended.

The beds were great, the shower amazing. Size of apartment was huge with view of Sagrada Familia, great location with a lots of shops around, washing machine with dryer a big plus. Quit at night so great night of sleep. 5 min walking from the metro, bus station on the front of the building. Recommended 100% for families with kids or without.

Great location - 500 m to Sagrada Familia and metro station. Apartament itself (except bathrooms) is very clean and well equipped. Communication with personel was good.

Mold under shower is something, what cannot be accepted. Heating in bathrooms was not working and there was cold. There should be more than 1 dishwasher tab for 4 nights stay. Noise from other apartments was hearable through closed windows (laught and screams) during the night. Bedrooms were very small and the whole appartment was for sure less than 80 sq meters.

Its a nice apartment, it has everything you need. it’s in a nice location with places to eat and shops close by too.

We had a few problems with the sink, the water wouldn’t drain properly - it was really slow. Some towels given were slightly stained + we found hair on the bed and some towels.

Location was great, close to public transport and interesting landmarks. The apartment is pretty big, the kitchen is well equipped, and it's also great that there are washing machine and dryer.

The heater falls to error sometimes and you have to restart it. I noticed the property and they really tried to solve the problem, because it's hard to catch (for example, the heater could work the whole day and get the error only at night).

Very nice apartment for family. Very close to Sagrada Familia. The area very safe and many options for breakfast, fast food etc. If you like to walk both park Gűell and city center is about 30' walking. Fully equipped to cook but who cooks in Barcelona??? Thank you guys
