It was in vecindario where we always stay, and located near the shops bus stops restaurants etc. Clean and much quieter than expected, as rooms are on street level. Good soundproof windows and shutters.

The TV only offered 5 or so Spanish language channels it would have been nice to have a WiFi connected tv to watch programmed our own Netflix account. The kitchen and sitting room had little natural light and the only window onto the street. Closing the shutters for privacy (as we were on street level) meant the rooms took on a dark cave-like feeling. The Solarium terrace was called private and although was above us we had to leave the flat, walk around on the street, enter the owners hallway and go upstairs off the hallway to access it. So eating up there was not possible although there was a BBQ but we’d have had to buy coals etc and lug all the food up there from the kitchen. Also the solarium was divided in two, the owners half had locked door access for privacy ours did not. It is overlooked on at least two sides by neighbours windows higher than the terrace. So private it was in that we alone used it but not secluded.

The apartment was excellent, location was great, close to shops, cafés and the pedestrian main street. The bus to the south of the island and into the mountains was closeby. It was very clean. There were plenty of towels provided.

The coffee maker needs to be replaced with a kettle. We used a pot on the hob for hot water for tea.

Beds was very confortably. Nice and clean. Very quiet.

Very dark place. No streight entrance to solarium.
