This was a very beautiful and well maintained Villa. So big and spacious even for our party of 11! The family was very responsive and assisted us quickly with all questions. I would stay there again.

The Villa offers fantastic outdoor space, extra large pool and patio area. Extensive gardens and the Interior decor is very opulent! Very close to town centre but centre is pretty run down and does not offer a range of good restaurants. There are one or two but not the proliferation of trattorias I was expecting. This did not really affect us because travelling with young grandchildren it’s was just a case of pool, pool, pool! Other travellers should seriously consider a hire car. The highlight was the chef that came in for one evening and served up a traditional Sicilian meal. Booked through and on recommendation of property manager. Local to the villa is a well stocked supermarket, ice cream and patisserie shop. Further down the street from the supermarket is an excellent butchers. Property manager offered great service before and during our stay. There is a couple on site who live in another part of the property, that might bother some people but quite honestly we never saw them all week except for pool maintenance early morning every other day.
Geographically the property is close to Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo and other costal resorts.

I can’t even express the gratitude I have for this amazing experience at the Villa! The pictures do not do this experience justice. It is a dream. My family (ranging from 10 years old to 77) had the best time. The hosts went above and beyond to be helpful, hospitable and accommodating. They helped us arrange cooks, excursions, classes and even an in - house band! We had the time of our lives at the villa and the only thing we would do differently is turn back time so we could do it again. I can’t recommend this place enough. Ciao for now…we hope to return someday!

Excellent location, beautiful villa, well equiped, very clean (spotless), and above all perfect hospitality

Villa Ginevra is outstanding. The house is spacious, equipped with everything you need, very well kept, and spotlessly clean.
The highlight of the whole property has to be its outside places, the grounds and the pool, which are all of a very high standard.
The grounds are vast, with lots of areas where you can gather as a group or if needed, plenty of space for some privacy and me time.
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and cool, which for someone coming from the UK to 30 degrees plus heat was essential for a comfortable night's rest.
Vincenzo and his family are all very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. They helped with transport, booking restaurants, local knowledge and suggesting places to visit etc.
If you are looking for a base to explore Northern Sicily I would highly recommend Villa Ginevra.

Absolutely Amazing!
There's so much to say about this wonderful property! The most important thing to know is that there is tons of space, the pool and grounds are kept up beautifully, and the owners are so nice, helpful, and responsive.
A few notes that would have helped me when booking...... the upstairs of the house (Gold) was connected to the basement of the house (Amber). They both have their own entrance, so they can be separated, but are connected by stairs, which is great for a big family or group that don't want 2 separate houses. They were also able to set up a portable bed in one of the larger rooms, which my kids loved because 3 of them were able to share the same room and still have plenty of room for all of their stuff.
The pool area was a welcomed relief after long days out in the sun. The property also had tons of nooks to hang out in..... an outdoor area from the living room with chairs, couches, and Foosball, a covered patio area with a table by the grill, a small coffee table and chairs outside the kitchen, a kids play area with hammock, and endless trees and flowers all over the property! That's not even including all of the many tables and chairs by the pool. They also had an outdoor shower and bathroom, which definitely came in handy.
For the reviewer that actually complained about no garlic press in such a magnificent place, we bought one and added it to the drawer for future guests. Now it's the perfect vacation spot. :)

Excellent autumn getaway vacation!
This villa is exactly as described and what you see in the pictures. Location is perfect for driving around the western side of Sicily. We spent here one week, two families. This villa is the cleanest and nicest where we have been to. The pool area was also very good as well as the outdoor heated jacuzzi pool. What made this really good was also the extremely friendly owners who live at the property in their side apartment and provided us assistance in anything needed with the villa. Thank you so much - we recommend this property to everyone.

Beautiful villa by a forest of its own! 10/10
We have had such a great experience staying at this villa this summer. The location was superb and felt secluded from the noises and people. The villa is probably the greenest place on the island and it had all the amenities we could possibly need. The pool was enormous I believe they said it was 4 meters deep and we’ve had exclusive use of it. Definitely a great experience, we really hope to come back ! Many thanks to the hostess for her hospitality and attention to detail. 10/10 !!!!!!!!!!!

Enchanting stay at Villa Ginevra
My 2 kids (12 and 15) and I have spent 8 wonderful days in July 2020 at Villa Ginevra (Gold Unit). The place is amazingly beautiful and artistically designed. The pool is fantastic and we spend a lot of time in it, night and day. The service is also great and I would like to thank especially Mario for his availability and his efficiency. I strongly recommend Villa Ginevra for a stay of relaxation and recovery.

Beautiful Villa
Vincenzo, the owner, was prompt and exceptionally helpful in the booking process. The villa is as spectacular as the online photos and the grounds were stunning. The check-in process and response to any needs was swift. This property is excellent for a large group or family, who are planning to tour the western side of Sicily. We would book this accommodation if our party were to return to this area. The one surprise was a request for a cash deposit for damages in Euros. We had just arrived and were not prepared for a cash deposit. We were able to use US dollars, so crisis averted.

Amazing villa & hosts!
Vincenzo and his family were so kind and helpful they did everything possible to make our stay excellent and enjoyable. We rented this villa for a small wedding party and I can not thank them enough for helping to organize everything and make the whole experience run smoothly. This villa is a true gem and if you are coming to Sicily with a group of friends or family this is a must-see & stay place! The entire property is maintained with such love and care that you forget where you are and of course, the villa itself is a true fairytale-like castle.

There is no question that the property is wonderful, and the grounds are nothing short of spectacular.
I do have a couple of issues that I feel compelled to mention:
The listing has been updated since I booked back in February when it wasn't 100% clear that the pool might be shared. I was extremely disappointed to find this out upon our arrival as I would never have booked the villa had I known.
My opinion is that the kitchen lets the villa down. The utensils have been thrown together with whatever was available at the time. The coffee maker is actually a stovetop espresso maker which is fine if you drink espresso. To our surprise there was no garlic press just a rusty old grater. The biggest problem was the lack of ice and the inability to make any quickly. I would have expected an ice maker at a property of this calibre but all that was available was a couple of ice trays, one of which was broken. We used a few of the shallow plastic containers to make some ice but the freezer seemed to take forever to do its job. Sadly, buying ice in the supermarkets doesn’t appear to be an option and neither are ice bags. I would have also liked to have seen a juicer of some sorts. The other and final issue about the kitchen is the lack of storage. Apart from the fridge there was nowhere to store the food purchased and we ended up leaving it on full display on either the kitchen table or long shelf.
The listing has just been updated again and now mentions that “pool bath sheets” should be brought with. That did not appear yesterday when I raised the point that I had huge problem with the fact that they charged 10 Euros per pool towel per person, per week. It may sound petty but quite frankly if you are paying luxury prices (and rightly so) then I feel the least the owners can do is to provide pool towels. Over the years, I have stayed in many a villa but this was the only one that charged for towels.
FYI the listing also quite clearly states that the security deposit is 200 Euros but upon arrival we were asked for 300 Euros.
The final negative comment that I feel obliged to make is outside of the villa walls. Sadly, Partinico has absolutely nothing going for it and is a very run-down area. You almost want to pick up the villa and move it to somewhere else.
I really do not want to end this review negatively as Villa Ginevra really is something special. With a few tweaks, it would be possible to raise my mark from an 8/10 to a 9/10.

Beautiful villa
The villa itself is exactly as is shown on the advertisement - just beautiful! The gardens and swimming pool together with seating areas make it a perfectly relaxing holiday. The owners could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Their suggestions of places to eat and visit were excellent

Excellent location
This is a beautiful villa and I would second all the other excellent and comprehensive reviews. We were a three generation family group of ten renting both the units and it suited our needs perfectly. The location is ideal for exploring Western Sicily, and close to Palermo airport which was a bonus when arriving on an evening flight and not wanting a long drive (although I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the Sicilian roads and drivers!)
Luigia was a charming hostess and couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay!
We quickly booked with Vincenzo. The villa is easy to find and very secure. At our arrival we were welcomed by Luigia & Giuseppe who perfectly explained all the villa. The house is beautiful (even better than the pictures which are fabulous) and perfectly positioned to visit north of the island. Monreale is a must to see. Our host provided all required information to have a great stay. Big thanks to the host for having provided the food basket & wine.. really appreciated! We strongly recommend this villa. We enjoyed every instant of our stay. .. Real & Martine (Montreal, Qc Canada)

Lovely Stay
Vincenzo and his family were delightful and very helpful. Their home is gorgeous and our family enjoyed the pool, playground and gardens. The location is ideal for easy day trips to Palermo, Trapina, Erice and more. Sicily is a warm and inviting place and we look forward to future visits

Beautiful and spacious villa!
We stayed at Villa Ginevra from December 22, 2018, to January 4, 2019. Our party consisted of four adults and one teenager. It was an amazing place to vacation. The hosts, Mario and Luigia, greeted us with a beautiful gift basket, fresh fruit, and fresh mozzarella. The grounds of the Villa were clean and very well-maintained. The villa itself was perfect for our family. It is an impressive place: the kitchen is light-filled and modern; the bathrooms are clean and modern; the bedrooms are beautifully furnished.
Villa Ginevra is ideally situated for traveling around western Sicily. It is close to the highway and is approximately 25 minutes to the airport in Palermo. We took trips to the following areas: Palermo (to see a Palermo soccer match and to visit Montepellegrino); Terrasini; Castellamare; Trapani (to visit Erice).
We highly recommend you stay here. The hospitality was heart-felt and Villa Ginevra is a one-of-a-kind place to stay.

A wonderful trip
we went with 3 families with kids and find a lot of space for everybody. A cool luxury huge Villa in specific style - even a table soccer and table tennis in there. The pool is unbelievable, so is the garden around the house. BBQ place is very nice to seat and eat outside.
The landlords Luiga and Mario are very warm heartet and friendly people, giving us a very warm welcome and introduction into everything. Mario even has own cows, so be sure you will have the freshest Ricotta in town!
We sadly only stay days but we will for sure go back next summer...
Grazie per tutto e a presto!

Beautiful Villa in a fantastic location. Great for friends and family.
This is a beautiful property close to Palermo and near to some wonderful beaches and small towns. Vincenzo was very helpful and accommodating during the booking process and his parents who maintain the property are lovely, providing reccomendations for nice beaches and restaurants and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. I would recommend hiring a car so you can easily get to the property and explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend Villa Ginevra for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic villa in the Western `Sicilian coast
Beautiful villa with huge pool just like in the pictures. We have had a fantastic stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful escape, then this is the perfect property for you. The villa is very well equipment and comfortable (especially the beds). The owners are lovely and we had a lovely warm welcome. Best villa in the area.

Palace in Partinico.
Vincenzo’s Villa was magnificent ! The combination of beautiful landscaping , well maintained large pool, and exquisite home , was heightened only by the charm and warmth of his parents who live on site and are there for anything you need.
We stayed for a month in ths friendly town and had easy access by car to the charming towns of Castellammare del Golfo, Trapani , Erice, Marsala, Palermo, capo San Vito and Cefalu - to name a few.
Just steps away you will find some
of the best gelato and pastries in Italy at Monte’s bar. There are plenty of grocery stores and shops a 10 min walk away.
I rented both the gold and Amber units for a large group of people and even with 15 people felt spacious. You can shop for local fresh vegetables and fish and cook simple delicious meals, or eat dishes like pasta con sardi and spaghetti Vongole on beach restaurants.
Rent a boat at Castellammare and ride the funicular to Erice!
Many thanks for a great vacation !

Astounding, spacious villa with huge swimming pool
Villa was fantastic, as was the support from Luigia and Vincenzo.
The Gold unit, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, is on the upper level and is very spacious and opulent, with the master bedroom suite being particularly stunning, especially as it opened onto the beautiful pool area. The Amber unit is effectively the ground level unit with its own entrance. It too is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We were a family unit of 7 adults and 2 infants, so we really enjoyed the space and flexibility offered by having the complete villa.
Partinico has little to recommend it,, but Montis, the local bar/patisserie was very friendly and only a 2 minute walk away.
