Great location, nice view, optimized space, attention of the host

possibly noisy due to building works

The elevator was broken a night and we have to go to 7th floor by feet and all the stairs was full of cockroach

There where a construction work outside and they started 8:00 in the morning and all day long. Three weeks. 😢Minor problems in the bathroom. No good television Chanel.

I liked that I felt so much hospitality! Everything was clean, heating was turned on, supplies were all there. I felt like valued and expected guest. The view was great! The host was great as well! We rally liked it!

The apartment is on a great location close to the centre and right next to the beach. The apartment is perfect for someone travelling alone or a couple and the host was lovely to deal with.

Offers nice view

Place was not clean enough and pretty small. The building is very old and dirty. When we arrived the lift was being replaced (7th floor!!) and we were informed only few hours before our arrival which was at 3am. We had no option but climb all the stairs with baggage and spend the night. The host initially offered just a 20% discount! After requesting a full refund, we managed to get refund for the rest of the days (we left early next morning), but were charged with the 1st night. We were very disappointed and the amount we paid was too much for what the place actually offers. We just got carried away by the view in the photos, but that is all the place can offer.

The view from the balcony and room is amazing, real full sea view! The flat is renovated and kept OK. There is anything you might need in it, including soaps, iron, towels.. and a welcome wine bottle and a little honey pot as a gift, which I found quite thoughtful. Location is also pretty good, as flat is literally on the sea and very close to the centre of Limassol!

The building clearly needs renovation, it’s dirty and seems to be falling apart. I was actually afraid to take the elevator to reach the 7th floor..! The flat is much smaller than what I expected from the photos, essentially it is a studio. There were big humidity stains in the bedroom walls, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the flat is noisy even when all windows are closed as it is located in the main sea road (I guess this is unavoidable in Limassol). Finally flat was not sparking clean, there was dust and dirt in all areas not immediately visible (behind sofa, bed etc).
