El apartamento dispone de WIFI, Aire acondicionado y calefacción.
Debido al coronavirus, tenemos mucho cuidado de desinfectar las superficies que se tocan con frecuencia entre las reservas.

Se puede recorrer paseando sin necesidad de transporte público los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Además cuenta con unas excelentes comunicaciones

The apt is spacious and very convenient in terms of access to Metro (Opera & Sol stations both within 10 min walking distance) and convenience stores (10+ stores within 10 min walking distance). Also it’s only 5min walk to the market and we went everyday :)
I wish there are more home supplies provided… only 3 Nespresso capsules for 3 people/3 nights. There were no shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Tissue papers and towels are at the minimum. Kitchen is great but seasonings and supplies provided are not encouraging for cooking…
It is a great place to stay for visiting Madrid :)

Very good location. Perfect to discover Madrid without the traveling by metro or bus. Almost everything is "walkable".The apartment is bigger then the pictures make you believe. We spend 1 week with 3 adults and 3 childeren. More than enough space. Recommend it. Obviously it is not the cheapest. But for us, money well spent.

This apartment was bigger than expected. It was so nice to have some room. The photos of apartments always make them look bigger than they are. This was apartment was bigger than the pictures.

Right in the heart of Madrid. Easily accessible and close to all of the sights. We loved the property and had a great experience. Highly recommend.

The apartment is in a great location for sightseeing and was just as described. Very quiet even though it's in the heart of Madrid. Countless restaurants a short walk away and a nice grocery store nearby. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!
(There was not a clothes dryer available but there was a nice drying rack and clothes dried very quickly on it.)

This unit is perfectly located right near Plaza Mayor and in a neighborhood with lots to do. We walked everywhere. It was very hot while we were there and the unit has air conditioning in the living room and the room with two twin beds and both quickly cool those rooms. The room with queen sized bed has an overhead fan. The clothes dryer currently does not work but the owners provided a drying rack for us to use. Owners were incredibly responsive when we had a minor issue in the unit. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. It was spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location and most of the sites are within a short walking distance. The nearest Metro station is about a 4 minute walk away and there are shops and restaurants nearby.
We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

Wonderful apartment!
The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. It was spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location and most of the sites are within a short walking distance. The nearest Metro station is about a 4 minute walk away and there are shops and restaurants nearby.
We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

Spacious and comfortable
Four of our five day stay put the livability of this nice apartment to the test. My son became very ill on day two, and having space and all necessary comforts was perfect for our needs. Each day the apartment became more enduring in decor and function. I had a bedroom outdoor shade issue which became stuck and unusable, and had no privacy or shield from a street lamp for the last three days. No one came to resolve this situation. Fortunate for me, I sleep very well.

Excellent apartment
We had a wonderful time staying here. So convenient and easy to slip out for a nice walk or some tapas and come back for a restorative nap! Marta was so nice and helpful when showing us round the apartment. Our family of four really appreciated the spacious living room with enough sofa space for us all to stretch out. Plus the dining room was lovely to have (even though we didn’t cook) if only so we could do some work email catch up there! I liked the roomy bathroom: two sinks plus space to move around as well as shelf space for all our toiletries. Only one flight of stairs up so not a problem for most people. There is a small elevator too if needed. A great place to stay!

Check in was easy. Marta had videos in English so that we could understand everything clearly. Nice and clean, comfortable beds and good shower!

Lovely apartment in a great location
We highly recommend this apartment. It is clean and comfortable (and cool) and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect. It is close to places to visit, and public transportation, and wine bars and restaurants in every direction - but quiet at night. The hosts are helpful and easy to work with. We loved it!

Perfect location and brilliant property
We had 5 nights in Severine and Angel's flat. It has a really nice feel to the place. It is spacious but really warm with the heating (we were there in February). The living space is large for a city centre flat and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and good if you want to do some cooking, especially as it is joined to the dining area. The rest of the flat is really good too. It is one floor up and there is a lift if you need it.
The location is perfect as you are a minute's walk from San Miguel market and 5 mins from Plaza Mayor. We didn't need to use any public transport for city activities. There are plenty of great cafes ans supermarkets nearby. Also, it is really quiet which is amazing for central Madrid.
We loved it and will be back!

Wonderful
Séverine and Angel’s apartment was perfect for our group of 5's Madrid experience. It is very close to the palace (if you have the time, please go see!), the San Miguel Market, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Opera metro stop, and several grocery stores (our personal favorite was Dia). In addition, it is on a pedestrian street, so street noise is at a minimum.
The apartment itself is fabulous. For me, it is one of those places that as soon as I walk in, I am enveloped in a feeling of warmth and comfort, and I feel like I am home. It is as pictured and as described. It is quite spacious with plenty of room to spread and out and get comfortable. The dining room is big enough to fit the table and furniture unit shown in the pictures, as well as a high chair, a crib, a laundry drying rack, and often times, a baby stroller.
The bedrooms are well-sized and have lots of storage. The kitchen is well-appointed with high-quality appliances, cookware, utensils, sugar, salt/pepper, and coffee. The bathroom is very large, with the two sinks being an added bonus. It had a high chair and crib, feather free bedding, and an extremely comfortable pull-out couch (kid tested and approved).
An added bonus was getting to meet Séverine and thank her in person for all the help she provided us since we first reached out to book the apartment nearly a year ago. If we ever make it back to Madrid, we know where we'd like to stay. We’ll be sure to keep the balloons at home!

The apartment is located in a great area of the city! Walking distance to everything! You can’t go wrong by booking this place! When we return we will be staying at the same location!

Perfect Madrid Apartment
My husband and I have been to Madrid many times. This was the first time we considered an apartment and this was a perfect choice. The apartment is in the perfect location, on a lovely small street, near bars, restaurants, and small supermarkets. You can walk to so many sites, the Royal Palace, the Plaza Mayor, Cava Baja, Plaza Sol, and the Mercado San Miguel.
In addition to the perfect location, the apartment itself is large, and perfectly maintained. It looks just like the pictures!
Madrid is a fantastic city and this apartment allows you to see the city and return to a restful place the end of the day.
We look forward to returning to Madrid and the apartment.

Great stay in a fabulous city
We loved our stay in this apartment. It is in a fabulous location in Madrid - we could walk almost anywhere from there to all the major attractions.
We loved returning at the end of the day to this very stylish and well equipped apartment which suited our needs for 2 adults and our two sons, both students. Lots of bars and restaurants in the same locality and a good supermarket Dia 30 seconds away. Thoroughly recommend Madrid, this apartment and the great organisation and communication via the owners. Thank you.

Very Comfortable Apartment in Perfect Location
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment during August 2018. It is perfectly located and very comfortable. Severine and Angel were very communicative and the check in was very easy. We highly recommend this as a perfect place to stay for a visit to Madrid. Just a block from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. A very quiet street with bars and shops conveniently located.

The location of this lovely apartment was perfect for seeing Madrid! Walked everywhere easily!
Our hosts were wonderfully attentive and provided us guidance on beautiful Madrid. Traveling with family presents natural cautions and many moving parts. Much of that was put at ease when you have a beautiful, safe and clean place to rest your head (literally and physically). We highly recommend this property to any future guests. We have already started to tell friends!

Wonderful, Wonderful
This is a wonderful warm and inviting apartment that has recently been updated. The kitchen was well stocked and with a few extras. Bathroom is roomy. Street below is quiet and the apartment has wonderful window covers to block out all the street light.
It sits on a side street that parallels a main street so it is quite a short walk to Calle Mayor and the Opera metro station. Market is steps away and as well a beautiful catholic church.
Can't recommend a better apartment. Thank you Severine and Angel for your hospitality.

Fantastic apartment in the central Madrid
An excellent apartment which was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The apartment is located between Opera and Calle Mayor so is a perfect base to see the whole of the city. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
