Great Location of property. Easy walk to the beach. Walk, jog, or ride a bike on path just across the street from house.
Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We did bring our own crockpot for one meal that we planned.
Fenced in yard outside of pool area was perfect for the dog.
Sunroom area was a great place to sit and relax along with outdoor fenced in patio area.
Couple of things to mention though.
1. Description of one of the rooms states that there are 2 queen beds. This is incorrect. There are 5 rooms on main level each with one bed only.
2. French doors in Master bedroom did not lock (or we couldn’t figure out how to lock). These lead out to the pool which could be a HIGH risk for young children.
3. We had paid for the pool to be heated. We weee very disappointed to arrive and the pool was cold. We thought maybe it had just been turned on and gave it a day. Still not warm. Called office and found out that it had not been turned on. We were told that we would be refunded. They came out and turned heat on, but the pool NEVER heated during our stay and so we ended up not using the pool. We have still not been refunded for the payment of heating the pool.
Pool looked nice and there is a good area to relax around the pool unfortunately we did not use this area.

House was nice. It does need some fixes. The doors in master did not lock and would just open so we had to bungie them shut.
But, house was good for all of us! We had a great family vacation!

Clean, spacious home with very short walk to beach. I would stay here again. Some suggestions (1) ensure sliding door in bathroom is functional before guests move in or fix the door hinge (was broken on arrival) (2) have someone pull the weeds on pool deck weekly - could have used a little bit more upkeep around the home. I actually weeded on day one (3) periodically powerwash the sidewalk lining the yard right outside door from living room

This house was perfect. It was super clean, great for larger families or groups with a very accommodating layout. The pool was awesome for non beach days. The location is close to the beach and close to Coligny. The bikes included with the property made for a fun activity with our kids. I would love to stay there again.

We wanted a home with space for gathering and young adults to have their own space. We also brought our dog and the fenced yard was appealing. It has a large grass area for pet and can be kept away from pool if needed. Three large areas for lots of people to gather. Home was everything they advertised and was pleased with the experience. Wish they did supply a few essentials, more trash bags for kitchen and foil/plastic wrap for food storage. Didn't think I had to bring and had to purchase. Not a big deal, just always had at homes that we have rented in the past. Walk two homes to the beach and bikes made it complete. Would rent again. Enjoy!

Great location in North Forest Beach neighborhood. Close to beach. Love the fenced yard, pool and outside area. Close to Coligny Circle. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. Weber grill was a bonus.

Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room in home for everyone, kitchen is adequately stocked, pool was very nice; would be great to have some umbrellas or canopy in that area though. We actually set up our beach canopy to use when at pool. The beach is just a quick walk and the area is really nice. Enjoyed biking to Coligny and area shops. Parking for vehicles is tough . Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely return for another visit.

Spent several hours picking up garbage both inside and outside the house. This included dog feces outside. Human feces was found in an upstairs toilet. Potato chip crumbs found in upstairs bunk and pullout sofa. Shed with beach chairs/umbrellas was flooded and we were not able to use due to mold. Maintenance did respond however couldn't be resolved while we were there. House in general needs a deep cleaning and furniture is shabby. Drain in the kitchen sink very slow and according to maintenace needs to be replaced. Yes, the cleaning fee was returned to me however I feel I should receive an additional reimbursement of the rental fee given the circumstances. No one should be expected to begin their vacation dealing with the above issues. I'm certain you would not appreciate seeing this review on other social media sites.

The property is in a great location.. easy quick access to the beach. Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen (could use some cutting boards). The pool was hot and we really couldn’t get it to cool down. The one or two times we had a question or need, the manager was very quick to respond. Thanks

Great home for a family beach vacation! This is actually our third summer staying in this house. It has worked perfectly for us in the past with our multi family needs + dog friendly. It’s in the perfect location as easy walk to beach and short trip to Coligny Plaza.

The property was in a great location! The bathtub & shower drains were clogged/slow draining. The water pressure was weak. Although we paid to heat the swimming pool for the entire week and called to report the lack of heat, it took until mid-stay for the pool service to fix/turn on the pool heater. The house was musty upon arrival but, was generally clean. The Island Rental folks were professional and tried to address the pool heat issue but unfortunately they subcontract the pool maintenance to a pool service that was short-staffed. The fact that the entire property is fenced was terrific for our dog.

We rented this house the week after Christmas, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house layout, location, and amenities were great. The street was relatively quiet, with easy access to the beach. The weather was awesome too! We saw many beautiful sunrises, just 5 minutes' walk away.

Nice house
We travel with older dogs so the house was perfect for us with no stairs since most of the living space is on the first floor. The fenced yard and proximity to the beach was great too. Even our 14 year old dog could make the easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The internet went down twice which was a hassle but that’s a Sprectrum issue. The property managers were quick to help us with the internet issues.

My extended family of 7 adults and one 3 y.o. stayed here late October for one week. There were many positives about this rental home. First, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach and you do not need to cross a busy street.
There were 3 separate living areas: the front room, a separate living room, and an upstairs room. That means that several people could be doing a puzzle in the front room, others watching TV in the living room, and others doing yoga upstairs. The house was extremely clean. There is an outdoor shed which holds pool tools, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
This was really helpful. The master suite was newly renovated and beautiful. One of the downstairs bathrooms is very dated and in need of an upgrade.
The other bathrooms appeared recently renovated.
The kitchen is large and has all that is needed, including a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a hand mixer, and many pots/pans/utensils/serving trays, etc. They provide only a small container of dishwashing detergent, and no sponge, so make sure to bring extra. The primary negative is that there is no view of the beach except for a tiny view from the upstairs outside porch. Despite this negative, I highly recommend this beach house.

This was our second year renting this home. We love it for it's floorplan and great pool area. It's also super close to the beach! Our only issue this year was with the master shower not draining and not delivering hot water for 2 days of our trip. We did call, but the repairman failed to show. Otherwise, great home with a well-stocked kitchen and wonderful common areas. We will likely return in the future.

We ourselves have owned on the Island since 1984 and sold our properties in 2018. This property did not disappoint. The home was very clean and well mapped out for a larger family. Plenty of bedrooms, sitting areas & living areas throughout the house. The kitchen was well equipped for eating in. The pool in the back yard was awesome. The owners provided bikes and beach chairs for our use. The beach was literally 4 houses away and less than 5 minute walk. For the location, size of the property and amenities, this price is a real value. Lastly, our daughter forgot her pillow on the way home. We called the management company from I-95 and they located the pillow and FedEx’ed back to us. We had it the next day !!

The sound travels very easily through that door as well as the bathroom on that side of the house. The only other thing that I would change if I could would be the laundry area. It is located in the master bedroom so it was not easily accessible for everyone.

Family beach trip
The location was awesome. The house was nice. I wish I had seen photos of the layout of the house prior to our stay. The master is connected through a door (no lock) to one of the bedrooms with a queen bed. I saw a photo of this online but was not sure how the bedrooms were connected. The sound travels very easily through that door as well as the bathroom on that side of the house. The only other thing that I would change if I could would be the laundry area. Overall a clean home. Could use a deep clean soon. Surfaces were clean but dust on windowsills and sticky residue/food on the kitchen cabinets. Sofa mattress was replaced the first day we were there as we found pencils and pieces. Property Manager was easy to work with and responded very quickly. Fixed the ice maker the same day I called.
We would definitely stay here again.

I spent 2 weeks here with the first being with all my family. We thoroughly enjoyed all this house had to offer. It is close tot he beach and the space in the house is great for all to have their privacy. We will definitely stay again.
