The location is spot on perfection: *San Benedetto Food Market is out of this world 😋- all you need for a picknick (go there early/ before noon). * Siddharta Coffee Bar: the most delicious 🥐 in the world (🍑, 🍫, 🍯 and pistacchio!!!) * VIA DANTE👑 (icecream 🍨, 👗👙🧥 amazing choice and fabulous people watching) * the people of the Quartier are just very kind and happy to help Sardegna newcomers We will be back in autumn and stay longer: we are totally in ❤️ with Bissenti Rooms (splendid 🌞 and you feel the love of the owners in every (shower gel, tea & coffee, cozycozy💕 bed) detail.

Not staying longer. But we are faithfull people- we will stay true to this place as our 🚪🏠 home away from home.

Comfortable, very clean, great location, free parking

The Room was clean and big, and the beds were really comfortably. It felt private. The bathroom had good utilities (hair dryer). Nice location.

The bathroom was private but in the hallway and had a damp smell which was unpleasant.

The room is well located and clean.

The room is poorly insulated… so it was very noisy. We can hear all the conversations from the room next to our room. And of course, we can also hear every sounds from the street. It is hard to sleep in this room. The room is ok but there is no charm… just a bed and a TV. And the smell in the bathroom is absolutely terrible… it is very unpleasant to have a shower in this bathroom. Even if it is not expensive, we don’t advice this place to enjoy your trip in Cagliari.

The parking

Great location, very friendly and accommodating host, follows Covid policy, good value for money

Simple room, it could do with more decoration. But it wad a very good stay.

The owners were very gentle and they didn't want to interrupt my stay if possible. I actually haven't met them physically. We just exchanged messages via phone (owners showed lot of care - prepared instructions, aksed how we are doing,...) Owners left the keys via secured box - unlock code was send via message on cell phone. The room was very clean and nicely furnished with private bathroom (shower, WC). There food ready for items in enough quantity for this type of accomodation. The appartment (flat) is in last floor so the elevator comes handy (I walked by stares anyway). About parking - there is indeeed free interblock parking which is beneficial because free parking space on the street is hard to find in this area of Cagliari, Instructions in room and common kitchen were both in Italian and in English. I do recommend the stay in Bissenti B&B. I stayed from 26 to 28 October 2019.

Payment is cash only. The parking lot in interblock is in bad shape - lot of holes and it is only soil. The holes are not so well visible when it rained recently like in my case plus it gets muddy. You can easily get dirty in that case. This is something which owners can hardly fix by themselves.
