Appartement très mignon, très bien équipé, très propre, très bien placé ! Je reviendrai ☺️

Au dernier étage sans ascenseur, cela cela peut être contraignant pour certaine personne ou lorsqu’il fait très chaud. La fenêtre dans la salle de bain qui ne ferme plus et laisse passer le bruit et la moisissure… La cuvette des wc cassée. ….De petits travaux à prévoir mais dans l’ensemble il est très bien et j’ai passé un superbe séjour en plein cœur du vieux Nice 🤩

Great location! Supermarket and restaurants all at finger tips, plenty of transport around, nice buzzing little area.

Apartment was at the top of building in the loft. 70 odd stairs to climb everyday which wasn’t good for a 62 year old and a 4 year old. Trying to get luggage up and down was a struggle also. 3 adults all range between 5’11” and 6ft so we bumped our heads constantly in kitchen and in bedroom! Limited hot water wasn’t great either for 5 of us trying to shower everyday.

Location of the property. Very good air conditioning.

Climbing 7 flights of stairs to reach our apartment was too much for my elderly parents who had to be booked into another hotel with a lift as a result. The apartment is tired and badly needs to be repainted.

The location was excellent. Everything at your fingertips including tram, beach, port, and supermarket directly across the street. The apartment was very clean. Good kitchen. Plenty of utensils, etc. Lots of light and we actually loved the liveliness of the area. Great to have a washing machine once the instructions and calling maintenance for assistance were given.

Expected a balcony but barely room to stand on it. Even the dryer for the clothes had to be indoors since the balcony was so tiny. No storage for clothes. Small closet for hanging clothes but had to live out of our suitcases for 8 nights since no drawers, etc. Bathroom was awful. Small with no room for anything. I understand the floors get wet from the shower but it could have been designed better. The faucet in the bathroom sink is so long and large and dead center so that when you brush your teeth or wash your face, water goes everywhere. Not perfect but we dealt with it. Perhaps best suited for younger adults.
