Perfect location very close to the beach and downtown. perfect cleaning. very welcoming and comfortable. I strongly recommend!!! we will be back without a doubt!

The apartment is nice, it is located in the old part of the city centre and it's close to the beach.
The sofa is not big enough for two people (even children). The apartment is advertised for 4 persons, but the sofa was not comfortable for my two children. It's more suitable for families with one child. Everything else was perfect.

Accomodation was clean and very close to all amenities
Accomodation was next door to a nightclub which was on for 9 of our 14 night stay. Extremely noisy and impossible to get sleep. Patrons out on the street after the nightclub under our windows until about 3am

Nice, comfortable apartment has everything you need for living, good location, good internet speed. I like this place.
this is the street of bars if you can sleep well - it will not bother you. the third floor without an elevator if there are a lot of suitcases it was problematic.

Loved this apartment. It was stylish, beautifully furnished, perfect for our city break in Alicante. We knew it was central and not far from the beach, but hadn't realised it was literally just up the road from our favourite bar, the Munich bar. The contact was there to meet us as we arrived and was really helpful. The whole booking from start to finish was perfect. We stayed at a hotel next to the beach last time we stayed and wanted a different experience this time, it definitely lived up to our expectations.
There was nothing I can say we disliked.

The house location, its very good and easy to get anywhere
Cleaning, very Dusty and very cold, the Ac isn't good for asthamic people.

San Nicolas apartment was very nice, fancy, comfortable, clean. I loved it. Host and her maid were very polite and nice.
The apartment is in the city center, I liked the atmosphere of old city. In city centre is always noisy during the night but during the week days it was ok.
The beach is close, 5 min by walk. The beach is sandy, clean, big and the water is clean. We were very satisfied with this vacation. Thank you Kamila and Kate.

The location was great and a good size for 3 people
The air con wasn’t great had to empty water bottles outside. Needs bathroom bin and wasn’t the cleanest on arrival.

in the heart of old city. many nice place to visit and to eat in the nearest street. not far from tram station and also the sea. the apartment is fully equipped for 4 people.
important to know that Friday night in this aria is a party night. crowded and loud till early morning.
