The villa was superb! It's in a great location, very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The host was very welcoming and helpful, and his team were very friendly. Would highly recommend (so much so, we might be going back next year! :-))

very spacious, aircon everywhere, very secure. close enough to walk to the bay and literally a 10-20 minute taxi to anywhere else the staff are great and very helpful and want to ensure your visit is the best it can be. the pool is great and the decor is very classy. would recommend it to anyone

Grand Palace was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. Idan was a great host and catered to all our needs. When we wanted to go out, he would sort out transportation for us and have someone watch the house for us until we returned. There was a games room with a pool table and ping pong table also.

Idan and his team were amazing; they were super helpful both before and during our stay. Whatever we needed was never too much. We felt super safe leaving our belongings whilst we were out, with in-person security at the property each time we left Modern interior and plenty of room for a large group, even comes with a gym /mans games area in the basement Would highly recommend this property

After returning from our first day out we came back to find that the villa had been burgled. All of our money and belongings had been stolen. After contacting the host Idan, we found out that the alarm didn't work (like it should have) and the 10+ cameras around the property didn't work (although the following day he sent us a screenshot from the cameras of us leaving the villa). There was also no sign of break in and Idan didn't seem to care that his villa had been broken into and burgled, which lead for us to think that it must have been an inside job. For the safety of yourself and your belongings I would not recommend staying at this villa.

Spacious, clean, light and airy with aircon and Pool . Basement with gym, pool and table tennis, football table, sofas and TV Accommodated 12 adults . All 6 rooms with en-suite. The owner was very helpful .

Only small tweaks needed.: No hot water in one room for most days. No wine and champagne glasses. We had to let the owner know each time we all went out so he can alarm the property and we had to let him know when we arrived back to disarm. Pool only got cleaned once when requested -Had to request .

A lovely villa in the perfect location just on the edge of San Antonio. Stayed here 1st- 5th July with my friends for my wife’s birthday and had an excellent time. The host is very attentive and attended to all of our needs. 5*

That we couldn’t stay longer :(

This was really amazing, surprising. The house is big and there's nothing more you can ask for. The host is super nice, he takes care of everything and he's always there if you have any need. There's just one bad thing of Grand Palace, and it's when you leave it.

Maybe we found some problems in the house (a blind was broken), but the host fixed it really fast.

Everything about the place and experience met and exceeded our expectations. I have been to Ibiza 6 times before and this was my favorite trip.

The mosquitos but that’s all over the island (try to leave your rooms closed so that they don’t enter the bedrooms)

The property is well maintained and is located within easy walking distance of local shops. It’s a big place with easily enough room for 8-10 people. The pool and gardens are perfect for a large meals and chilling out. It has a games room and a big living space so if you want to stay in some evenings then it’s a great place to hang out. Idan the owners was as cool as they come. A relaxed guy who is focused on making sure you have the best time. Will definitely stay again.

The stay in the villa was perfect, communication with the owner was good and he was super chill as well. Cearly explained the rules and we got a housesitter when we were out for the night. There is also a huge basement filled with a chill/party area. The house was clean and the facilities were great. The perfect Ibiza villa in a quiet area but close to the parties. We recommend to rent a car for your stay.

Some bathrooms require minor maintenance, but as soon as we informed the owner action was taken to perform the maintenance.
