Good location! Right on The Rota Vicentina coastal trail. This was a very comfortable place with plenty of space for our group of five hikers. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a nice alcove terrace upstairs where we could have a drink and see over the top of the construction in front.

Unfortunately there is a house being built directly in front of the living room, close to the pool, blocking the view to the sea and town. The construction seems to be slow so we were not bothered by any noise, but, we only used the pool on Sunday when the workers weren’t there. In one of the bedrooms upstairs where two people were staying - they each wanted to use Wi-Fi to watch things on their tablets at night but the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach there, so a booster would be useful.

First, the villa itself features a stunning contemporary design, with views to the sea and to the West as a bonus (so you can catch those gorgeous sunset colors!). We particularly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living concept including the sparkling pool. The villa is well-appointed in all respects (bedrooms, WCs, kitchen furnishings and basic cooking ingredients provided). The villa caretaker, Ana, is an absolute darling and truly does everything she can to make sure your stay is perfect. Overall, we instantly fell in love with the area and can't wait to return!

Beautiful modern house about 10 mins walk from the beach. Lots of space, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday.

the pool is not heated so a bit too cold to stay in for long but fine for a quick dip to cool off.
